Nosema disease of silkworm which is one of the five most popular infectious diseases, has devastating threaten to the silkworm cultivation, as a result, Nosema disease of silkworm is listed as the first inspected target of all silkworm diseases worldwide. From 1980's to the end of the 20th century, Nosema disease of silkworm has been outbreaked in the main areas of silkworm cultivation and bring about immeasurable losses to silkworm cultivation of China. Consequently, through the investigation into the laws happened of Nosema disease of silkworm and summarizing and summing up the applied technology systems of prevention and cure for Nosema disease of silkworm, to assure that silkworm cultivation of China develops healthily and steadily and have important immediate significances to the economy income increases of sericulturists steadily.The thesis sets forth the current studying of Nosema disease of silkworm at homeland and abroad, introduces systematically that etiology characteristics, occurrence laws, diagnosing technologies, and endangering situations of Nosema disease of silkworm. And analyses comparatively systematically the reasons of occurrences and producing the endangering, think that prevention and cure consciousness is light, mirror inspecting technology is not standard, improper managements of silkworm excrements, the silkworm embryo brings poisons, the environment brings poisons and cross-infection are the subjective causes. Secondly, at the base of using prevention and cure technology achievements of Nosema disease of silkworm at home and abroad for references and combining with successful experiences of prevention and cure of Nosema disease of silkworm, with this viewpoint that adapting to large areas , applied and good prevention and cure effects, the thesis collects applied prevention and cure technology systems of Nosema disease of silkworm, studying show that: (1) inspecting of mother silkworm better to prevent from silkworm embryo infections and disinfecting completely and Prevent from eating infections both of which are two big core technologies for controlling Nosema disease of silkworm; (2)Simple and pragmatic affirming technology for disease spores is the key technology for controlling Nosema disease of silkworm; (3) Chlorine preparation and formaldehyde preparation have the best disinfecting effects for all kinds of conditions of Nosema disease of silkworm and appliances of keeping silkworm; (4)Heated air treatment or high temperature soaked in acid treatment ,etc ,and using chemistry pesticide(kebaolin) have very good treating effects.The results of research in applied diagnosing technology of tiny spores, selecting and using of disinfecting reagents and selecting and using of curing methods will have certain practice significances for guiding sericulturists to prevent and cure Nosema disease of silkworm in Shanxi province.
