| The value of scenic and Recreational forest includs two parts: view value and non-view value, and tending measures for the value of scenic and Recreational forest will result in changement of two values by the influences on view effect forest groth.This paper set up a "travelling rate —travel expenses" model on the base of TCM, and calculates the economy value of Jiufeng National Forest Park as 12400934.9 yuan without any tending measures by introducing consumer surplus value. According to the forest land characteristic of Jiufeng National Forest Park, Pinus tabulaeformis Carr forest, Quercus variabilisforest, Platycladus orientalisl forest in Jiufeng and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr forest, Larix forest, and Platycladus orientalisl forest in Luoba are chosen as tending objects, and set up 16 pieces of sample ground with different teding measures separately.The chaging amounts of travel expenses of travler aimed at different tending measures are obtained through a CVM questionnaire investigation with fictitious market skill. And then new economy values of the park, which corresponding to different to tending scheme, are worked out utilizing the "travel rate—travel expenses" model again. From the view of maximizing economic income, it's concluded that Pinus tabulaeformis Carr forest, Quercus variabilisforest, Platycladus orientalisl forest in Jiufeng area are suit for medium tending measures, and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr forest, Larix forest, and Platycladus orientalisl forest in Luoba are are likely suit for light tending measures. Tthe total economic value of the Jiufeng National Forest Park can reach 5860243.2 yuan after tending. So the total economic value of the park would be 18261178.1 yuan. And one conclusion can be drawn that Jiufeng area as near recreational forest is relatively suitable for taking some tending measures severely and Luoba area is more suitable for taking some slight tending measure. |
