| The thesis aimed to study the preservation effect of different preservatives, especially preservatives containing SA and BA, on cut lily flower. Influence of SA and BA on different physiological indexes of cut lily for delaying senescence was analyzed in this experiment. The results are as follows.1 Effect of Preservatives Containing SA on Cut Lily Lilium (Lilium×longiflorum) was used and 6 kinds of treatments were set in this experiment. Treatment 1 to treatment 6 were respectively as 100mg·L-1SA+20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ+200mg·L-1SA+50 mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3,200mg·L-1SA+20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ+200mg·L-1CA+50mg·L-1 Al2(SO4)3,300mg·L-1SA+20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ+200mg·L-1CA+50mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3, 20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ+200mg·L-1CA+50mg·L-1Al2(SO)3,20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ+ 50mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3 and 20g·L-1S+200 mg·L-1-HQ.Distilled water was set as the control. The experiment showed that preservative containing sucrose together with 8-HQ could prolong the vase life, increase the fresh weight and petal length, and improve water balance of cut lily. Compared with the control, 200mg·L-1citric acid and 50mg·L-1 Al2(SO4)3 together with sucrose and 8-HQ couldn't preserve cut lily quite well from the indexes of vase life, fresh weight, petal length and water balance, In the three preservatives containing SA, the concentration of 100mg·L-1 performed better and it could increase the vase life by 7.1d.2 Effects of Preservatives Containing SA or BA on Cut Lily(Lilium×longiflorum) Two kinds of preservatives as 40m·L-1 benzoid acid+20g·L-1sucrose+200m·L-18-HQ+ 200m·L-1 citric acid+50m·L-1Al2(SO4) 3and 100mg·L-1 salicylic acid + 20g·L-1sucrose+200mg·L-18-HQ+200mg·L-1citric acid+50mg·L-1 Al2(SO3)3 could increase the fresh weight and flower diameter; improve water balance compared to distilled water. The content of soluble protein, activities of superoxide simulate (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) had also increased. And the effect of the former was better.3 Effects of Preservatives Containing BA on Cut Lily The result concluded from the above experiment showed that preservatives containing BA could work better. Lilium (Lilium longiflorum Thumb) was used and 4 kinds of preservatives were set in the experiment. Treatment 1 to treatment 6 were respectively as 12.2mg·L-1SA+ 20g·L-1 S+200mg·L-18-HQ,30.5mg·L-1 SA+20g·L-1 S+200mg·L-18-HQ,61.0mg·L-1 SA+20g·L-1S+200mg·L-1 8-HQ, 20g·L-1S+200mg·L-18-HQ. The control was distilled water. Compared with the control, the second treatment could prolong vase life by 3.8d; increase fresh weight, petal length and diameter of cut lily; improve water balance; keep certain level of soluble sugar;reduce the degrading of protein; decrease the stimulation of proline; slow down the producing of O2-; maintain the activity of SOD and POD. |
