| Toon is a seasonal vegetable that originated in China.It is rich in nutrients.Vitamin B,protein,essential fatty acids,minerals,carotene,and vitamin C are relatively high.The growth period of toona was obviously affected by seasonal regulation.After harvested,the leaves lose water and wilt,the leaves fall off and rot and deteriorate in a very short time.The shelf life and supply time are very short,which is difficult to meet people’s annual consumption needs.Therefore,researches on various physiological changes in the storage process of fresh toona buds after picking,as well as the continuous update of fresh-keeping technology,widening the source of fresh-keeping agents,and various internal control mechanisms that play a role in fresh-keeping have become an urgent solution to the development of a new process of toon preservation problem.In this experiment,the plant has its own self-defense and resistance to external stress and other angles as the starting point.The endogenous hormone salicylic acid contained in the plant itself,which is non-toxic to the body and has an important regulatory role throughout the plant’s growth cycle,is selected as the toon buds.Preservatives are applied exogenously,and at the same time,based on the new foreign research results of pyrazinamide in Arabidopsis plants that can inhibit enzyme activity and block ethylene synthesis,the application scope of pyrazinamide is expanded to the preservation of fruits and vegetables.As another treatment reagent for the preservation of toon,the effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid and pyrazinamide on the preservation effect of toon buds in a short period of time wereinvestigated under the condition of refrigerated(4±1)℃.During the test,the toon buds treated with distilled water were used as blank controls,and the salicylic acid and biazinamide treatment concentrations were set to 10,50,and 100 μmol / L,respectively.The toon buds were explored on days 0,1,2,3,the dynamic changes of various indicators during the 4 day refrigeration process,through the treatment of salicylic acid and pyrazinamide in different periods of toon bud weight loss rate,sensory evaluation,respiratory intensity,soluble protein content,anthocyanin,vitamin C the content,nitrite,malondialdehyde,hydrogen peroxide content,superoxide dismutase activity changes and the use of high-performance liquid chromatography for dynamic monitoring of flavonoids during cold storage and other indicators,such as dynamic monitoring,choose the most suitable for the amount and concentration of toon buds in fresh storage provides an important reference value for the in-depth study of salicylic acid and pyrazinamide in the preservation of toon.Combining experimental phenomena and multiple measurement results,the results show that: after setting the salicylic acid and pyrazinamide in different concentrations(10μmol / L,50μmol / L,100μmol / L)to preserve the toon buds,they are dynamically monitored according to various indicators.The sample group treated with acid and pyrazinamide had better preservation effect than the control group to a certain extent,and the measurement results of multiple indicators showed that the toon buds treated with 50μmol / L salicylic acid and 100μmol / L pyrazinamide were It has better fresh-keeping effect during cold storage,which also provides important reference for further in-depth development and utilization of salicylic acid and pyrazinamide,as well as to broaden the preservation method of toon. |
