The observation and study of giant panda in china has a very long history. But the research about the living environment of giant panda remains in the single-factor evaluation . The impact of certain ecological systems is complex and diverse. Nature reserve start a series of discussions and research on the living environment of giant panda in order to strengthen the management of nature reserve and further promote the protection of the giant panda. Also the creation of evaluation model on the living environment of giant panda can be applied to the management of nature reserve. These solutions are feasibility and necessity. The paper gives a detailed analysis about the environment of nature reserve and the survival of giant pandas, based on the reference to domestic eco-environmental impact assessment, environmental planning, landscape planning and based on the characteristics of nature reserve, the unique of the living environment of giant panda. Furthermore, the potential reasons that influence the living environment of giant panda might be found. Then the evaluation model of the living environment of giant panda can be established.Based on analysis on common methods for the systematic evaluation, the abstract gains the environmental factors that affect the survival of giant pandas by AHP, Then make a judgment on the use of principal component analysis. ALL the living environment-related data that impacts on giant panda will be monitored. The data will be trained by using of neural network. A model that is applied to the study area will be set up. Then the model will be applied to practice and be tested.Taking Baishuihe River Nature Reserve for example, the paper conducts evaluation and research to the living environment of giant panda and identifies the applicable environmental model to Baishuihe River Nature Reserve.
