The safety problem of transgenic rice increasingly get be attended along with fastdevelopment of rice fastness genic research.So calculating precisely diffused concentration andmost diffused distance of rice pollen is the important and base work of evaluating and protectingand forecasting safety and environmental risk of the transgenic rice.The text analysed microclimate character of paddyfield using microclimate data thatobservated in paddyfield; established the rice pollen diffuse model base on continuous pointsource Gauss Model,;simulated the most isolation distance that rice pollen diffusivity less than0.9% in southern section using general weather data; calculated and validated rice gene folwcoefficient using experimentation data of rice gene flow ,and calculated the safety isolationdistance of gene flow in different rice types and different assurance coefficient in southernsection;calculated the extremum of the rice gene safety isolation distance in later 50 years and100 years using Gumbel extremum distributing.The mostly conclusionas follows:1,The text based on continuous point source Gauss Diffuse Model,adopted disposal ofmany sources simulation transacted similarly point source,corrected the Gauss Model combiningthe specialty of rice pollen diffusion ,and selected the feasible decided method of modelparameter, established the rice pollen diffuse model.2,The text calculated and validated rice gene folw coefficient of three genus differentclassificatory rices and wild rice in the four area of Guangzhou, Sanya, Hanghzou and Mianyangusing experimentation data of rice gene flow.3,The text calculated the most isolation distance distinguished different ripe system typesand different assurance coefficient that rice pollen diffusivity less than 0.9% ;and calculated themost isolation distance of rice gene flow rate less 0.9% distinguished different class types anddifferent assurance coefficient using gene flow coefficient and pollen diffusivity calculated by themodel.4,The text calculated the extremum of the rice gene safety isolation distance in later 50years and 100 years using Gumbel extremum distributing.
