The experiment was conducted with the whole-crop corn, make sure using Aspergillus nigeUV-11r, Trichoderma viride Pers.ex Fr., Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillu delbrueckii and Saccharomyces cerevidiae as microbial additives on the whole-crop corn silage, urea as auxiliary materials. This study evaluated the effects of microbial additive on the sensory quality, fermentation products, microbial changes, and the productivity of the cow respectively using the methods of sensory evaluation, chemical composition, microbiology techniques and cow feed tests. The results showed that the best proportion of five culture was 1:1:2:2:2, the recruitment was 0.20%, the recruitment of urea was 0.50%., the fermentation time was 30days. Compared with the contrapositive group, dry matter increased by 11.96%, crud protein increased by 15.29%, decreased the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber by 13.81% and 12.67% respectively, pH was 3.70. After fermentation the sensory of silage was best.Under the said conditions carried through 500t fermentation experiment. The fermentation time was 50days. The result of experiment compare with contrapositive silage pit, the sensory quality improve a lot, dry matter increased by 11.68% crude protein increased by 15.06%, decreased neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber by 13.48% and 12.34% respectively, pH was 3.67, lactic acid increased 9.65%, acetic acid decreased by 3.96%. On the microbial aspect, the number of lactic acid bacterial enhanced, the number of mold and yeast was same with the contrapositive silage pit, both of them could not be detected. The result was according with said experiment. The effects of compound microbial additives on the whole-crop corn silage was stable.Last, feeded cow with said silage to do cow test. In which 30 Holstein dairy cattle were conducted with feed comparison trial, the experiment time is 30 days. The milk production of the group increased 3.91% (per day per dairy cow). Besides, the milk containing of the test group was better then contrapositive group, milk fat increased by 2.51%, milk protein increased by 5.86%, lactose increased by 2.49%. The test group cow's somatic cells were decreased and the immunity improved. The cow test result showed that the compound microbial additives had important effects on the whole-crop corn silage.
