In order to screen suitable silage corn varieties and additives in Guizhou area,we carried out this experiment.First part: six kinds of varieties were used for whole plant silage to measure the fermentation quality,chemical composition,and aerobic stability of silage corn after ensilaged 60 days,the nutritional value of silage was comprehensively evaluated by the method of fuzzy membership function.Considering the fermentation quality,nutritional value and aerobic stability,screen out suitable silage corn varieties in Guizhou area.Second part: Different types of additives were used in silage corn silage,which is lactic acid bacteria preparation,NaCl,and propionic acid,respectively.Measured the fermentation quality,chemical composition,and aerobic stability of silage corn after ensilaged 60 days,the nutritional value of silage was comprehensively evaluated by the method of fuzzy membership function.Considering the fermentation quality,nutritional value and aerobic stability,screen out suitable additives corn in Guizhou area.Third part: taking economic and ecological benefits as guidance,from the point of view of the cost and profit of silage,discuss how to choose the whole plant silage corn additive in Guizhou area.Results showed that:(1)There are great differences in aerobic stability among different silage c orn varieties.Aerobic stability of corn varieties ranked as: Yayu26>Quchen9>Qi an6784>Wuqing1>Guiqing1>Dejiang local.(2)The nutritional value of 6 silage corn varieties is ranked as:Dejiang local>Quchen9>Wuqing1>Yayu26>Guiqing1>Qian6784.(3)After using additives,the best nutritional value was propionic acid treatment group.The nutritional value of silage was comprehensively evaluated by the method of fuzzy membership function,ranked as: propionic acid treatment group>lactic acid bacteria preparation treatment group > NaCl treatment group > control group.(4)In the warm and humid climate of Guizhou,after using additives,propionicacid treatment group has the best aerobic stability,the aerobic stability of the additives ranked as: propionic acid>NaCl >lactic acid bacteria preparation>control.(5)The additive cost ranked as: propionic acid>NaCl>lactic acid bacteria preparation,from the point of view of the cost and profit,it is suitable to use lactic acid bacteria preparation as the whole-crop corn silage additive.Considering the nutritional value,fermentation quality,aerobic stability and the cost,recommend Quchen9 as silage maize variety,it is suitable to use lactic acid bacteria preparation as the whole-crop corn silage additive in the warm and humid climate in Guizhou area.
