Detection Of Physiological And Biochemical Parameter And Observation Of Mast Cells In JianBai Xiang Pig

This paper is composed of three parts. The first is detection and analyses some of haemal physiological parameters in JianBai Xiang Pigs. The second is detection and analyses some of haemal biochemical parameters in JianBai Xiang Pigs. The three parts is detection and analyses of mast cell in different tissue of JianBai Xiang Pigs.1.Eleven parameters of the haemal physiological in JianBai xiang pigs at 2 months, 4 months, and 6 months were determined and analyzed. The results showed that difference of physiological index in comparison with subjects of 2 months, 4 months and 6 months of age using various records. Physiological index of JianBai xiang pig show significant differences (P<0.01) or differences (P<0.05) in different months. RBC of two months, MCHC and LYM of four months, HGB contents of six months show differences (P<0.05) between boar and sow in the same months. Others (WBC, HCT, MCV, MCH, PLT, LYM%, RDW-CV) have no difference between boars and sows in the same months, white cell counts(9.9×10⁹/L ) and red cell counts (5.37×10¹²/L) of JianBai xiang pigs higher than white cell counts (6.83×10⁹/L) and red cell counts(4.51×10¹²/L)of human; HGB of four months of JianBai xiang pigs were similar to human. So it is ideal that JianBai xiang pigs were used to experiment animal.2. Serum Biochemical and Hematological Parameters in JianBai xiang pigs were investigated in the age range 2 to 6 months of age. The results demonstrated that there are differences (P<0.05) within lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), serum natrium (Na⁺), total protein(TP),βprotein,γprotein and IgG antibody content in the same sex at different age. No difference was observed between different sex of the same age except thatγprotein shows difference (P<0.05) in six months of age. The results suggested that the blood biochemical parameters detected correspond to the development of xiang pig, and no difference between sexes of same age.3. The mast cells were detected and analyzed in different tissue of JianBai Xiang Pigs at 6 months age. The results showed that there are differences (P<0.05) within heart and kidney in boars. Meanwhile, the significant difference (P<0.01) was observed in lung and heart of sow. The Carnoy's fluid was the best fixative in observation of MC of pigs.
