In the experiment, the karyotype, C-banding, performance were studied between Jianbai Xiang Pig Ⅰ line and Ⅱ line. We explored the suitable culture conditions of peripheral blood lymphocyte, received karyotype, C-banding, and determined the growth-development traits,reproduction traits, slaughter traits, routine indexes of meat quality of two line. The aim was to know shape, structure, polymorphism of chromosome and performance, to analyse differences of cytogenetical level and performance, and to provide basic data for processing top grade meat product and becoming medical experimental animals. The results were as follows:1. When culture peripheral blood lymphocyte, the suitable pH is 7.2 7.4, the final consistency of Colchicin is 0.04 u g/ml, the functional time is 2—2.5h; the hypotonic time is 2530min under the condition of Kcl,the fixed fluid fix three times, received the better chromosome samples, when C-banding show,HCl deal with 30min, Ba(OH)2 deal with 6min, 2×SSC deal with lh,Giemsa dye 30min , received the better C-banding.2. The diploid chromosome number of Jianbai Xiang Pig Ⅰ line and Ⅱ line is 2n=38; The part karyotype parameters of the third , fourthly, seventh, ninth,tenth, eleventh chromosome have differences(p<0.05) or sharply differences(p<0.01),other number chromosome parameters have not differences(p>0.05).3. The karyotype resemblance-near coefficient is 0.9692, evolutionary distance of Jianbai Xiang Pig is 0.0313,it indicates relative extent is high.4. The chromosome length ration of Jianbai Xiang Pig is between 1.01 and 1.05, and have not differences (p>0.05), it shows that pure property is high.5. Jianbai Xiang Pig two line C-banding occur location is same, occur frequency and banding character have polymorphism; the fourteenth area of C-banding of Jianbai Xiang Pig Ⅰ line is larger than Ⅱ line, has difference(p<0.05); the fifteenth is larger than Ⅱ line, the thirteenth,sixteenth,seventeenth,eighteenth are less than Ⅱ line, have not differences(p>0.05).6. The growth-development parameters of Jianbai Xiang Pig Ⅰ line are larger than Ⅱ line, except abdominal girth at 6 months, all parameters...
