This experiment compartmentalize to three stages(seeds,100days seedling and 1 year seeding) according to the growth stages of Masson pine, under the artificial chamber and greenhouse with controlling the water, temperature and nutritive element etc. to study the characters of phosphorus absorbed and the low-P endurant mechanism, from the shape , biomass , nutrient and physio-biochemistry characters. The test result showed that the phosphorus contents with 5.5 to 10mg/L were suitable for the masson pine seed and seedling's normal growth . And this content (5.5-10mg/L) is helpful to repair the masson pine seed membrane structure, enhance the amylase activeness, speed up the assimilation efficiencies of nutritive elements of N and P etc. promote seed germination, enhance the seed-germination percentage, and cause germinate neatly. The phosphorus content too low (<0.5mg/L) or too high (>20mg/L) is harm for seed sprouts.Increase of the phosphorus content can enhance the biomass of masson pine seedling, but the physiological effect of P contents on the seedling is various. A certain apply of phosphorus during 5.5 to 10mg/L is helpful to keep the enzyme system stability of the hundred days seedling and the yearling, the phosphorus content too low (0.5mg/L) or too high (20mg/L) would induce the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the MDA content increased, but the mechanism of the affects is different. The former causes various physiological and biochemistry target rise by the induction of lacks of element primarily; the mainly reason of the latter could referable the excessively exuberant of the physiological activity. Meanwhile, there is certain linearity relations between the phosphorus density and the chlorophyll, this relation present the chlorophyll(a) growth speed is faster than chlorophyll(b) under the extremely low lever (0.5mg/L) to the middle density(10mg/L); chlorophyll(b) growth speed is faster than chlorophyll(a) under the phosphorus density from 10 to 20mg/L; and the total of the chlorophyll(T) rising with the content of phosphorus increasing.Compared with the formations and the physiological biochemistry index of the tested masson pine, it is found that the three provenances including H, J, L, could tolerant the low-P environment, with a strong action of enzyme system that adapt the different P environment by regulating the enzyme activity and organic acid amounts, and keep high biomass, so it could be considered that H,J and L as provenances with P deficient tolerant.
