As one of the common afforestation tree species in China, Pinus massoniana is widely distributed. At present, the breeding of Pinus massoniana has achieved a spurt of progress, however, the nutritional properties of Pinus massoniana seed is little known. Because of the lack of soil nutrition correlation with seed yield, reduced fertility ability, coupled with declining trend is more and more strong, the correlation between seed and soil nutrition awareness has been raised to an important agenda, due to the long cycle characteristics of forestry the changes in the internal management,the complex process of Pinus massoniana soil, soil-- the formation of a more complex system, in-depth understanding of the relationship and the change among the system is an important content of the regulation of Ma sampled production, it is necessary to understand the relationship between. To investigate the root in different varieties, soil PH conditions, the growth of ground parts adaptability, soil nutrient elements absorption mechanism to change and migration laws of Pinus massoniana root, in-depth study of Pinus massoniana nutrient absorption mechanism and the relationship between growth and Pinus massoniana, provide scientific basis for selection of soil of Pinus massoniana forest species. Be suitable to apply tree suitable provenances. In this paper, Chongyi of Jiangxi, Duyun of Guizhou, Gupeng of Guangxi, Shaoguan of Guangdong, Shanghang of Fujian and Tongmian of Guangxi of six provenances of Pinus massoniana in palimpsest sandstone, feldspar quartz sandstone, quartz sandstone and basalt four parent rocks of soil on seedling growth and late in 6 kinds of different levels of fertilizer application source the growth,nutrient absorption measurement. The results were as follows:1, 6 different provenances of Pinus massoniana in 4 kinds of soil on the nursery effectThe test results show that: the soil parent rock lithology has a significant impact on the quality of Pinus massoniana seed germination rate and seedling, tested a variety of sources, soil and seed source and soil combinations were significantly different(Sig. < 0.01), combined with the varieties and good soil is to improve the quality of seedling emergence rate and seedling effective ways of Pinus massoniana seedlings. 4 types of lithological soil on 6 provenances of Pinus massoniana seedlings during the first half of the average seedling height was16.54cm-35.23 cm, the average size of 2.72mm-4.86 mm. The seedling height, ground diameter and other aspects have reached the quality level of the main afforestation tree species in Guizhouseedlings seedlings seedlings of Pinus massoniana in the second level is reached the standard of planting and transplanting. Using Duyun and Chongyi provenance, with metaclastics donursery soil, is to improve the optimum combination of seedling quantity; Guangxi Tongmian or Gupeng provenance,with feldspar quartz sandstone as seedling of Pinus massoniana seedlings soil is to improve seedling quality better combination of field seedling cultivation.2, Different provenances of Pinus massoniana in 4 kinds of different soil on the growth and nutrient absorption①The growth of Pinus massonianaDifferent provenances of Pinus massoniana seedling growth significantly on four kinds of rock soil, the main performance is: 1) Different soil with a source,different at the same soil and different soilwith different kinds of seedling height and ground diameter of the net increase in the amount ofdifference was extremely significant. 2) Of different provenance of Pinus massoniana in the samerock soil on the underground biomass was significantly different. 3) Root and the sameprovenance of Pinus massoniana in different rock soil on biomass had significant difference. The average height growth rate is in the range of 19.7-36.6cm, the maximum height net growth for Tongmian provenance growth of quartz sandstone, seedling height growth peak was in June. The ground diameter growth quantity is in the range of 6.53-7.83 mm, the largest diameter of the net growth of Tongmian provenance growth quartz sandstone, ground diameter growth peak was in October. Root growth showed Tongmian > Shanghang > Chongyi> Duyun > Gu Peng> Shaoguan, soil basalt >feldspar-quartz sandstone > quartz sandstone> metaclastics. The biomass of Pinus massoniana seedlings, the dry weight of aerial part and underground part of themaximum dry weight values are Tongmian provenance growth of feldspar quartz sandstone, the minimum value is variable Tongmian provenances than on sandstone.Pinus massoniana Seedlingground diameter and seedling height, root system and the net increase in the amount of biomass are basalt, quartz sandstone in two kinds of soil is best, and feldspar quartz sandstone and metaclastics growth is relatively poor.Considering the growth index, the most suitable to plant Tongmian provenance is in quartz sandstone development of soil, trying to avoid planting in the Palimpsest sandstone development of the soil. Shanghang provenance can be considered to plant in the palimpsest sandstone, which is conducive to the growth of root. Shaoguan provenance is not suitable for planting in Palimpsest sandstone development of the soil, but planting Shaoguan provenance in can also improve the the survival rate of afforestation in palimpsest sandstone.② The Pinus massoniana nutrient absorptionThe test results show that: different Pinus massoniana seedlings’ and different organs of seedlings’ accumulation ability of different elements planted in the soil with a source, the same soil of different source and different soil with different organs of different provenances. Between the various elements which show: in the macroelement and medium elements: N> K> Ca> Mg>P, microelement: Mn> Fe> Zn> Cu. The main factors affecting the ability of Pinus massoniana Seedlings to accumulate each element is the soil type, which may be related to the different content in soil. Then, an important factor is the effect of provenance seedlings accumulation ability of each element. The specific distribution is as following:1) The content of macroelement was N > K > P. content in organs was leaf >stem > root. palimpsest sandstone is beneficial to the element N accumulation. The Duyun, Shaoguan provenances’ ability to accumulate the element N is higher than other species. feldspathic quartz sandstone is beneficial to accumulate the element P in the Pinus massoniana. The element K in the Pinus massoniana planted in the quartz sandstone is comparatively high. The ability of Duyun provenance to accumulate element K in leaf, stem and root is high.2) The content of elements Ca and Mg for Ca, Mg, organ distribution was leaf >stem > root of Pinus massoniana Ca quartz sandstone, the accumulation of more than other soil metaclastics onaccumulation of Ca minimum, the difference among provenances. Pinus massoniana Mg feld spathic quartz sandstone of the maximal accumulation.3) The content of trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn is Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu, Fe content of stem > leaf> root, Mn content was leaf > stem > root, Cu, Zn content was leaf > root > stem. Quartz sandstone of the Pinus massoniana and accumulation of Fe, Mn and Cu were the highest, theaccumulation of basalt of Pinus massoniana Zn was the highest. Shaoguan source of Fe accumulation ability is thebest, Chongyi provenance of Mn accumulation ability is best, Cuaccumulation ability of Tongmian provenance is the best, and Zn accumulation ability of Shanghang provenance.3, The growth and nutrition absorption condition of different provenances in different level of phosphatic fertilizer.①The growth of Pinus massonianaAfter the application of P fertilizer in different levels, the growth variation is manifest on the Pinus massoniana with different provenances. The growth indexes showed significant diversity among different provenances(Sig. < 0.01). The average growth range of 6 provenances of Pinus massoniana seedlings in the 5 levels is 10.0-20.1 cm and the average growth range of ground diameter is 4.13-5.01 mm. The phosphatic fertilizer in the level of 108g/m2 and 36g/m2 is the biggest contributor to the growth of the seedling height, which is particular apparent for the Gupeng provenance. The maximal growth is manifest on the ground diameter in the level of72g/m2, which is particular prominent on the Duyun provenance. In the aspect of root,the effect of fertilizer application in Chongyi seedling root is the most apparent, both the root index and fertilizer application are higher than that of control and the accumulation of biomass is the best in the level of 36g/m2. It’s better to use the phosphatic fertilizer in the level of 36g/m2-108g/m2. The provenance is the main indicator to effect the growth of the seedling height, and the fertilization is the main indicator to effect the growth of ground diameter. The highest efficiency can be achieved in case that each provenance finds the suitable level of phosphatic fertilizer.②The Pinus massoniana nutrient absorptionDifferent provenances of Pinus massoniana in the effects of different levels of P fertilizer, the content and distribution of nutrient elements show the following rules:1) A large number of elements N, P, K content was N > K > P, organ distribution was leaf > stem > root, 36g/m2 The level of N accumulation, Chongyi, Tuyun Gu Peng, Shaoguan provenance in the stem and leaf on N accumulation was larger; P fertilizer on leaf P accumulation in roots was not affected,Shaoguan provenance P accumulation than the other provenances of Pinus massoniana K; 36g/m2 level the accumulation reached maximum, Shaoguan provenance K maximal accumulation.2) The content of elements Ca and Mg for Ca, Mg, organ distribution was leaf >stem > root, provenances after fertilization of Ca, Mg content is not obvious differences in fertilization, and the differences among different fertilizer level also reached a significant level. Duyun source Ga accumulation than other provenances of Shanghang provenance, the accumulation of Mgcompared with other kinds of sources,36g/m2-108g/m2 fertilization level increased greatly on the accumulation of Ca, Mg in Pinus massoniana.3) The content of trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn is Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu, and the content of Fe, Mn is leaf > stem > root, the content of Cu, Zn is leaf > root > stem.When Masson pine is at the level of accumulation of 36g/m2, the content of Fe, Mn and Cu, Zn is the highest; the accumulation ability of Fe and Mn of Chongyi provenances is the best, the ability of Cu of Tuyun provenance is the best, and the ability of Zn of Gupeng provenance is the best. At the fertilization level of36g/m2-108g/m2 accumulation of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn of Pinus massoniana has a large ability to be improved. These results show that both major elements, secondary elements and trace elements are the highest accumulation.The application of different amount of P fertilizer can change the uptake and accumulation of organs of Pinus massoniana from other major elements, trace element. In addition, after the application of phosphate fertilizer, it will still change the distribution of nutrient elements in the root, stem, leaf. Even if the accumulation of the elements in the leaves and stems decreases, most of the elements in the roots of accumulation increases. Ca and Fe in the leaf, and P, K, Mg in the stem and the accumulation and distribution P, K, Mg and Fe in the root are obvious.
