This study selected Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County healthy patients aged 4-13 years old. Development normal, perfectly natural grazing white yak milk for the research. Collecting forage grass and white yak milk from three different locations(Daiqian,Nannigou and Wushaoling),three different seasons(January,May and August)and five children(one to five birth). And using Radio-immunity method analysis and determination of enzyme and hormone levels in Tianzhu white yak milk. Meanwhile, analyzing the correlation relationGSH-PX between enzymes and hormones in milk production, established multiple regression equation of milk production and physical activity. the results showed:1. Forage quality:nannigou's hay yield were higher 215%, 309% than daiqian and Wushaoling Yield, but the three range land forage nutrients no significant differenc(eP>0.05).2. Tianzhu White yak milk yield and nutrient composition:Daiqian,nannigou and Wushaoling on the average milk yield was 28.57 kg, 34.76 kg and 27.60 kg in July and August; white yak milk yield increased with the increasing parity; and the fat and protein content was not different significantly in these locations(P>0.05).3. Location, season and white yak milk parity:ACP, SOD and XOD activities was affected by location,season,Parity was not significant. AKP, AMS, LDH, LPL and LPS affected by the change of location was not significant. However, between daiqian and nannigou GSH-PX are significant difference(P<0.05).GSH-PX were 252.07±77.60U/mL and 39.65±8.27U/mL;GSH-PX difference in the season was not significan(tP>0.05). AKP, AMS, CAT and LDH in January were significantly higher than in May and August. LPL and LPS was highest were 2 and 2.5 times higher than January and Augusst. The difference was significan(tP<0.05).AMS, CAT, GSH-PX,LPL and LPS changed not significant with embryo(P>0.05). AKP was the highest (91.74±0.81 U/100mL) in January;and two, three, four and five birth(60.00U/100mL) was basically the same, as that LDH in One, two, three birth was tripled times than four and five births,it changes significant difference with parity(P<0.05). The above results showed that, enzyme was affected by different factors, it give the cheory for use of milk, daiqian's white yak milk was better than nannigou and Wushaoling white yak milk,it have more value and oxidation resistance. January's white yak milk amylase help resolve barriers in the infant caused by a lack of AMS. May's white yak milk have fat digestive function may be better than January and August.4. The impact of hormones in different season and birth:E2 in January was significantly higher 0.5714 pg/mL than in May and higher 0.6286 than August pg/mL; GH in January was significantly lower 0.0762 pg/mL than in May and lower 0.5014 pg/mL than in August, and about 33% in May. ACTH, P4, INS was no significant difference(P>0.05)with season changes;embryo changes almost does not affect white yak yak milk hormone levels(P>0.05). Results showed that:hermone in white yak milk was significantly affected by season, but the birth didn't affect it.5. Enzyme and hermone have a strong positive correlation with milk yield, it have a strong positive or negative correlation. ACP and AKP, AMS and CAT, LPL and LPS was a strong positive correlation, ACP and LPL, LPS, GSH-PX;AKP and GSH-PX;AMS and LPL, LPS, LDH;CAT and XOD was a strong positive correlation. E2 and GH, INS was a strong positive correlation.6. Analysising milk composition and biochemical, take multiple regression equation may forecast healthy performance of the Yak assessment of the situation.
