The cotton yield and fiber trait are quantity traits.controlled by multiply genes, effected by environment. cotton yield traits are negatively related with fiber traits. the improvement of cotton fiber is slowly by conventional breeding ,it hard to meet the demand of product and market. We can find the markers about yield and fiber link to QTL, and assist select the yield trait and fiber trait. The process of breed is improved sharply by molecule marker technology.This article is about 183 (F2:3) hybrid cotton descend of XINLUZAO 7*sea island cotton and SuK202,the selected ploymorphism SSR primers amplified 183 cotton descend ((F2:3),we can get the marker experiment date . we can locate the field trait and fiber trait etc. 12 traits from field and fiber test. This is the conclusion:1. 12 morphology traits about cotton had been tested ,coefficient of variation,coefficient of deviation,and coefficient of peak will be analyzed , the result of the effective spinnable and fall number appeared deviate distribution, other 10 traits appeared normal distribution. A total of 168 pairs primers were amplified to 183 (F2) population,The experiment date appeared both phenotypic segraration by Chi-square test . This population is an ideal for gene mapping.2. A total of 600 SSR primers were used to screen polymorphism among F2 , Which resulted in 168 locus in F2 population .the linkage map was created by Mapmaker/Exp3.0b. The mini LOD is 3.0, the max genetic distance is 50cM. a genetic map was constructed which contained 152 markers and 16 linkage groups covered genetic distance is 1667cM. The average genetic marker is 9.5. The max map distance is 45.2cM, the mini map distance is 1.1cM., the average distance of marker is 10.97cM。3. A total of 14 of 16 linkage groups locate to correspond Chromosome . 4 fiber traits and 5 yield traits were located to QTL by interval mapping method Windows QTLCartographer2.0. 12 loci were detected in fiber traits, 19 loci were detected in yield traits。4. Detected 5 relative locis on the proceeding of QTLs test , that can be interpreted 50.8% total phenotypic mutation. Each loci can indicate 8.7%-12.5% mutation; detected 5 macronaire value locis, can interpreted 65.5% total phenotypic mutation. Each QTLs loci can interpret 7.9%-21.5% mutation. Detected 2 relatitive QTLs locis about strength percentage, can interpret 23.6% total phenotypic mutation, 10.8%-12.8% mutation scope can be interpreted. 4 locis can be detected from index of cloth, it can interpret 77.24% total phenotypic mutation. 15.2%-25.9% mutation scope can be interpreted by each loci. 3 locis can be detected from seed index, can interpret 48.5% total phenotypic mutation. 10.3%-19.5% mutation scope can be interpreted by each loci. 5 spinnable weight locis can interpret 72.5% total phenotypic mutation n.10.3%-18.3% mutation can be interpreted by each loci; 3 yield of seed locis can interpret 41.7% total phenotypic mutation, 10.2%-16.8% mutation can be interpreted by each loci; 4 weight of fiber locis can interpret 52.5% total phenotypic mutation, 10.1%-17.5% mutation can be interpreted by each loci.Yield traits and fiber traits were contained in A and D chromosome , indicated complicated heredity character. The analysis of increment source can interpret: the most incline source of index of cloth, index of seed, total weight of cotton, weight of fiber, macronaire value from mother , weight of single spinnable, fiber length, strength percentage from father.
