Soil seed bank is summation of vigor seed both in soil and its surface, and which has important study value on population countermeasure and species evolution. The study on the structure ,composition and dynamic succession of the aboveground vegetation of soil seed bank will contributes a lot the management of farmland ,meadow, forest and suffers injury the ecosystem, and will be helpful to make right decision.This research used the open country to investigate and to sprout the law to conduct continuously two years experimental study to the Tarim River lower reaches wilderness river bank forest soil seed bank, union theory and so on species multiplicity and biological statistics has carried on the analysis; At the same time, for under inquired about in the soil seed bank the seed in receives the wild water salt to force sprouts the characteristic difference, has designed 6soil moisture contents and 9 salinity gradients seed sprouts the experiment, suffers injury the ecosystem restoration to the TarimRiver downriver and the vegetation reconstruction produces the further explanation.
