Research about the resistance of verticillium wilt,fusarium wilt and agronomic characters of transgenic hrfA cotton in XinJiang.On disease resistance aspect, the fusarium wilt resistance of transgenic materials better than originally variety. Against pathogeny epiphyte series in XinJiang , the verticillium wilt resistance of transgnic matricals badly than originally breed,differ from JiangSu pathogeny epiphyte series,possibility have relation with virulence,physiological type,physiological strain in XinJiang and JiangSu.Ruslt of disease resistance in field indicated that the expression of hrfA gene is better in the early developmental periods of transgnic matricals, have good resistance on fusarium wilt. Simultaneity find on developmental periods aspect transgnic matricals is remarkable longer than originally variety.Showing developmental periods difference by phases. On the different characters,the effect of hrfA have diversity on expression. Compared with originally variety,on yield, produce boll have no remarkable difference,lint declined,on agronomic characters,plant height become low, boll stem numbers have few change,on fibre character,hrfA gene in favor of improve the fibre character,thereinto,material 3 is good on fibre intensity and length.The result of the experimentation of Harpinxoo protein biotechnology preparation coded by HrfA gene indicated that,disease resistance of transgenic materials was improved by HrfA gene preparation, the nutrition of cotton was strengthen.bolls was fall off fewer and the yield of seed cotton was increased , increase production up to 6.6%.Result of Correlation coefficient and path analysis indicated that boll numbers is the determine factor to increase the lint yiled, next is boll weight and boll stem numbers.It was produced that the relationship between the disease development of transgenic cotton and the content of Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia in 0~20cm plow layer of the transgenic cotton's rhizosphere soil from the flowered later stage to the harvesting stage. The average index of this disease in different cotton development stage is 44.53%,42.53%,54.50%,61.17%,64.03%. The number of microsclerotia content of Verticillium dahliae in the three cotton development stage in per gram is 118.80/g,202.80/g,105.20/g, obtained by the soil dilution method. The result indicated that, when the tendency of the disease development assumes double peaks in the whole development stage of the transgenic cotton,the tendency of the content of Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia descended first then ascended and descended again, the content of Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia and the disease development of the cotton has the direct relationship. When the temperatures in flowered time become low, the Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia bourgeon a great deal of hypha and infect the cotton plant. the temperature in the boll opening time become more warm, it make the pathogen Verticillium dahliae form more microsclerotia, moreover, the content of the isolated Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia in this time become more than one in the other time. the temperature in the harvesting time starts to descend and the Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia starts to bourgeon, so the content of Verticillium dahliae microsclerotia descend and the disease rate of the cotton field increases.The result of gene flow indicated that gene flow of HrfA transgenic materials was not happened.
