This experiment selected 16 heads healthy Australia Holstein cowsand divided into 4 groups randomly according to similar or the same bearbirthday,body weight,milk yield, calving time.The four groups dairycows was used in a 4X4 latin square trial with 4 periods and 4treatments.Each period was 25 days including 10 days of transitionperiod. These four treatments groups as follow:The first treatment group: base diet (the control group)The second treatment group: base diet +180gNaHCO3/dh+90gMgO/dhThe third treatment group: base diet+yeast powder 85g/dhThe fourth treatment group: base diet + Met-Zn30g/dhThe aim of the experiment was reseaching the influence between soda+Magnox, yeast powder and Methonine-Znic to the milk performance,productive performance, feedstuff nutritional value digestion etc. ofAustralia-Holstein dairy cows. The experiment result was showed asfollows:1. Milk performance :1)soda,yeast powder and Met-Zn had obvious influence to milk cows' milk performance (P <0.05> The sodatreatment group had the best result, and it raised the milk fatfrom 3.43% to 3.87% ,raised 0.44 percentage point, and increased12.83%, the influence was obvious (P<0.050) Met-Zn treatmentgroup increased the milk fat 0.12 percentage point, the influencewas not obvious; yeast had the worst result,it reduced the milkfat to 3.15%, and the influence was obvious (P<0.05); 2) Thethree additions had the same result to milk protein,milk suger andSCM, the difference was not obvious (P>0.05). 3) The threeadditions had obvious influence to milk yield, standards milk yield(P<0.05). Soda had the best result, the milk yield was up to20.50kg, comparing to the control group (18.97kg),it increasedto 1.53kg and 8.07%, the difference was obvious (P<0.05);the milk yield of Met-Zn treatment group was 19.51kg, it increasedto 0.54kg and 2.85%,The difference was not obvious;the standardsmilk yield (4%milk fat) of the control group and the other threetreatment groups respectively were 17.28 kg,20.02 kg,14. 69kgand 18.09kg, the difference was very obvious (P<0.01).soda hadobvious influence to the standards milk yield (P<0.05), the resultof Met-Zn was not obvious (P>0.05) and yeast powder increasinglyreduced the milk yield (P<0.05).2 The nutrition value digestion The three additions had impactto the digestion, and took on some rule, the difference was obvious. Theeight nutrition value digestion,including of DM, CP, EE, OM, ADF, NDF, Ca and P, soda had the result (P<0.05), the difference of Met-Znwas not obvious (P>0.05), and the yeast obviously reduced the digestion(P<0.05) , especially on DM, CP, OM, ADF and Ca, P, soda had highlyimpact, the difference was very obvious (P<0.01) .3 The dairy cattle physio-index. The experiment mainly tested thecows body temperature, pulse and breath respiration frequency, thedifference between the four groups was not obvious (P>0.05)4 Productive performance. The soda treatment group had the bestlactation efficiency , it was 0.925, comparing with the controlgroup (0.848) increased to 9.08%, the difference was obvious(P<0.05), the yeast group and Met-Zn group was not obvious (P>0.05);the soda group had a high milk yield -and feedstuff rate, thedifference was obvious (P<0.05), the other three groups had notobvious difference (P>0.05).5 Economy performance After cost-profit caculating, the soda groupdairy cow every day per head earned pure profit 4. 23 Yuan, theMet-Zn group earned O. 42 Yuan, and the yeast powder group loss2. 78 Yuan, according to the regulation, a head dairy cow in onelactation period earns more than 1270 Yuan, the economicsperformance is considerable.
