This experimental designed by using three different types feed additives to feed Holstein cows of before and medium in lactation:the test one added Citrus,sweet and sour agent(citric acid, sweet)on cows diet, the test two referenced Proglumide as physiological feed additives quantitative feeding in cows diet of according to different add dose. To study the influence of different attractants on Holstein cows feed intake,milk production, milk quality and the serum biochemical indicators, in order to explore different feed additives how to improve the production performance of Holstein cows.Test one:The test adopted single factor randomized trial design, selected 45 healthy disease-free. The principle of no significant difference on body condition and close intake and milk production, Holstein cows were divided into three treatment groups(n = 15), namely the control group, experiment group 1 and2 group. Control group was fed the basal diet, the two experiment groups added Citrus(230 g/d)on the basis of the diet and the combination of sweet and sour agent(citric acid:20 g/d, sweet:10 g/d), Pre-trial stage 21 d, test period 90 d.In the period of the whole test, compared with control group, the results showed that the experiment group 1 dry matter intake was significantly increased 3.80%(P<0.05), the milk yield increased significantly 2.15%(P<0.05), experiment group 1 than experiment group 2 dry matter intake increased significantly 2.45%(P<0.05), average butterfat rate was significantly reduced 2.59%(P<0.05), average milk protein rate increased significantly 3.44%(P<0.05);In the test of 1 ~ 30 d, the two experiment groups dry matter intake than the control group significantly increased 2.51%(P<0.05); On the 61~90 d,experiment 2 group milk yield was significantly increased by 3.34% than the control group(P<0.05);Experiment group 1 and 2 TP and ALB contents in serum were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), experiment group 1 ALT content was significantly higher than the control group and experiment group 2(P<0.05), AST levels in serum significantly lower than the control group and experiment group 2(P<0.05); Experiment group 1 TC content was significantly reduced 33.11% than the control group, the experiment group 2 was extremely significant reduced 29.89%(P<0.01); Two experiment groups NPY,GABA levels in serum were significantly higher(P<0.05), while middle and later periods of the test, the Citrus groups were higher than the sweet and sour agent adding groups;Experiment group 1 5-HT levels in serum was significantly lower than the control group and experiment group 2(P<0.05), the two experiment groups CCK and β-EP content in serum compared with the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05); In the trial period, experiment group 1 and 2 CAT levels in serum were higher than the control group, experiment group 1 was higher 3.63% than the control group, and higher by 1.23% than experiment group 2, but it was not significant difference(P>0.05). Experiment group 1 MDA content in serum was reduced respectively 5.10% and 5.10% than the control group and experiment group 2, extremelysignificant difference(P<0.01); Experiment group 2 SOD in serum increased by 35.08% than the control group, experimental group 2 increased by 33.76% than the control group, it was very significant difference(P<0.01); Experiment group 1 GSH-PX content in serum was higher than the control group and experimental group 2, extremely significant difference(P<0.01). In summary, the group of adding Citrus,sweet and sour agent could significantly improve the cows dry matter intake and milk production,and increase the rate of breast milk protein and milk protein production, and reduce the milk somatic cell count, thus improved the production performance of cows, but the effect of Citrus group obviously better than sweet and sour agent.On the basis of diet adding Citrus, sweet and sour agent could significantly improve cows contents of TP, ALB in serum, and the Citrus group could significantly improve the activity of ALT in serum, and significantly reduce TC content in serum; Both experimental groups could significantly improve cows NPY and γ-aminobutyric acid content in serum, and significantly reduce5- HT level in serum; It was speculated that the physiological mechanism of Citrus,sweet and sour agent improved cows dairy intake affiliated with Regulation pathway of NPY, γ- aminobu-tyric acid and 5-HT in the body, the influence of the production performance and the serum biochemical indicators of cows, the Citrus group was more apparent than sweet and sour agent. and Citrus could add the production of free radicals in the cows body, and could reduce cows enhance antioxidant capacity.Test two:The selection of experimental animals and grouping were identical to the experiment one.The test adopted single factor randomized trial design,selected 45 healthy disease-free, body condition and close intake and milk production Holstein cows were randomly divided into three treatment groups(n = 15),namely the control group, experiment groupⅠandⅡ.Control group was fed the basal diet, experiment groupⅠandⅡwere added 1000, 1500 mg / kg Proglumide based on basic diet. Pre-trial stage 21 d, test period 90 d. The results showed that, during the period of test, compared with the control group,experimental groupⅡaverage dry matter intake was significantly increased 3.67%(P<0.05), the average milk yield was significantly increased 4.32%(P<0.05), and the average butterfat rate was was significantly increased 0.35%(P<0.05), and the average cream production was significantly increased 12.53%(P<0.05);In the test of 1 ~ 30 d, experiment group Ⅰdry matter intake was significantly increased 2.36%(P<0.05),in the other period of test, the other indicators of experiment groupⅠwere not significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05). Experiment Ⅱ group triglyceride levels in serum was significantly increased 17.01%(P<0.05);In the 30 d, experiment groupⅠCCK content in serum was reduced significantly(P<0.05), while in the 30, 60, 90 d, the experiment Ⅱ group CCK contents in serum were lower significantly(P<0.05), in the 60,90 d,the experiment group Ⅱ GABA levels in serum were increased significantly(P<0.05), during the period of the whole test, each group INS, NPY, 5-HT and β-EP content in serum were not significant difference(P<0.05). In summary, the group of adding 1500 mg/kg Proglumide could significantly improve the feed intake of cows dry matter, and make the cow milk production, butterfat rate, milk fat yield were significantly improved, and improve the production performance of dairy cows. 1500 mg/kg Proglumide content could significantly improve the triglyceride level in serum, and significantly reduce CCK content in serum, at the same time, it could significantlyimprove GABA content in serum of cow, and improve the production performance of dairy cows.
