Corn-cob is the main part of corn harvester.The mation parameter is veryimportant for performance of corn harvester.Though conveyer belting heading, Cornstalks, standing on the blaket,feed into Corn-cob which self-desinged, and Imitativelocomotive heading in this paper. Shoot the progress of stalk feeding with help ofhigh-speed camra. Through analysis the status of corn-stalk, which operationedunder the speed of link, locomotive, rolls rotation and different offset distance. Thematching relation of sports parts is getted. The preliminary test , the test of forefeeding snapping rolls, the test of rear feeding snapping rolls and confirmatory testmake up the whole test.Every part divided some fraction.In order to makearrangements for next tests, many indeterminacy phenomenon and previous resultare examined in the preliminary test, compatibility test speed of linking to offsetdistance and test of regression have been done,then mathematic model establiedbased on those. Through dimensionality reduction for regression equation, Majoreffect of different factor, Interactive effect figure of different factor and etc getted,The Compatibility test of speed of link to roll rotation and correcting test followedafter comparing the diversit the test of fore and rear.At last some parts of corn-cobare drawed by CAD through compile code by VB to drive AutoCAD. The laws ofInfluence obtained though data analysis of test .Reasonable job parameter isdetermined in test-range. The results of test show the corn-cob having compatibilityfor many conditions. Parameter of choiced can assurance the corn-cob in goodworking order, and realized reasonable circumstance of picking. The results prove tobe of great value for Corn-cob Parameter selection.
