| This research, taking tomato as the representative crop, according to the requirement of technique improvement when the Eco-Organic Type Soilless Culture Technique for Vegetables is applied in the practical production, studies the optimization of various pivotal aspects of the technique including the culture frame, the culture medium and management of water and fertilizers, in order to make the application of such technology cheaper and easier. Meanwhile, factors that restrict the application of the technique are studied in the research according to the theories and methods of agricultural extension, and solutions are proposed. Results of the research are as follows:1.The basic culture frame should better be made of brick, with the elongate direction identical to the set of the wind, 1-5%'s inclination and 30%'s land use rate. The culture medium will be a mixture of 2 or more pretreated agricultural wastes and inorganic matters, and will be supplemented according to the loss of quantity and volume when decomposing after each growing season. The new mode of fertilizing using solid organic fertilizers and fermented marsh liquid in proportion has a bright future of extension. Moisture control is also critical and requires highly of experience. The relative humidity should be within 75-90% in theory, but in real conditions, it should be adjusted according to experience.2.Instructive rules that correspond to the actual needs in production have been proposed according to the results of the study and other relevant research data.3.Both the government's organization and companies' marketing operations are needed for the extension of the technique, and the importance should be laid on optimization, propaganda and demonstration of it. At the very beginning of the publicity and promotion, it's better to choose educated people in places where the soil is poor. And the government's favorable polices will be a great help for the promotion of the technique.
