| Taken for important equipments in modern agriculture water-saving irrigation, the Small-scale Movable Sprinkler Irrigation Equipments (SMSIE) become the major force in sprinkling machines in China. For its simplicity and low cost and maintenance convenience, about 80 percent of the sprinkling irrigation area is under their control. It plays a great role in water-saving irrigation in China.This article relies on the national projection for high-tech R.& D, SMSIE & large-scale self-propelled sprinkler irrigation systems together with their unit product development and industrialization exploitation (serial number:2002AA2Z4161).It researches on optimization assembly technology for SMSIE with multiple sprinkler and low pressure.The rationality of assemblyt, namely weather all parts of the unit assembly are selected rationally, which is one of critical technology for development of SMSIE. It directly affects the economical efficiency and reliability of assembly, and being of far reaching importance for ensuring quality of sprinkler. With some national criteria and discipline, we make a theoretical analysis for the rationality of the assembly, numerical calculation, and experimental investigations. Based on that, we have developped the optimization software for SMSIE. The research content mainly includes the following section.(1) Finding scope of assembling partsWhat is called unit is optimal combination with component in stock. So it is necessary to have an integrated and intelligible knowledge about the current status of component of the assembly For example ,the development of power machine including power change ,etc; the development of self-priming pump including the specification for self-priming pump in stock, efficiency ,etc; the development of pipe, etc. This subject collects and compares the interrelated data of assembly, and pointing out the scope of assembling parts during the optimization assembly procedure of SMSIE from the matching viewpoint.(2) The analyses and researches on procedure of optimization assemblyDuring operation, the SMSIE is affected by the field conditions, such as the direction and speed of wind, soil texture, etc. It is based on the working environment of assembly and analyzing of component status, referring to national pertinent discipline that we analyse the method and caution note for optimization assembly. Finally, we have successfully developed the optimization software for assembly, and established the 32 set with it.(3) Making experimental study on self-priming performance of self-priming pump and DU of assemblyThe self-priming pump is the kernel part in assembling, so it is nessary to take the self-priming performance study, and finding the regularities.In addition, the DU is tested whether it reaches the national criteriaby by making field experiments of assemblying.The innovative point including: It is the first time that the study on optimization assembly of SMSIE, which is with multi-sprinkler and low pressure, was launched in China. And the optimization software for assembly has been developed on the base of the thorough analysis, and help develop 32 units. |
