In 2019,the document No.1 of the Central Committee of the CPC put forward the task of completing high-standard farmland construction,namely consolidating and improving grain production capacity,implementing overall regional construction,promoting comprehensive matching of farmland,forestry,roads and electricity,and synchronously developing high-efficiency and water-saving irrigation.As an efficient water-saving irrigation technology,micro-sprinkler irrigation technology has been widely promoted and applied in China,and has made a certain contribution to the development of efficient water-saving irrigation in China.In this paper,the experiment of thin-walled Micro-sprinkling hose was conducted in filed environment,the pressure-flow relationship and the diameter of sprinkler droplets of the Micro-sprinkling hose were studied.The width of Micro-sprinkling hose was studied.The distribution law of sprinkler water volume and the calculation of sprinkler intensity and uniformity were studied.The optimization problem of Micro-sprinkling hose combination was studied and analyzed by using multi-objective genetic algorithm with the help of MATLAB software.The main research results are:(1)Study on hydraulic performance parameters of Micro-sprinkling hose.In this paper,through consulting relevant literature and carrying out hydraulic performance test of Micro-sprinkling hose,the relationship between the flow rate and pressure of Micro-sprinkling hose was studied,and the mathematical relationship between the flow rate and working pressure of single-hole of Micro-sprinkling hose was established,and the parameters were regressed by the test data.The improved filter paper method was used to test the droplet diameter of Micro-sprinkling hose.The mathematical relationship between the droplet diameter of Micro-sprinkling hose and the diameter of the sprinkler hole,the elevation angle of the sprinkler hole and the working pressure was established.The experimental data were used to regress the parameters.The average spraying intensity and spraying uniformity of single-tube micro-spraying hose were analyzed through the spraying experiment.The spraying water distribution map of single-tube micro-spraying hose was drawn by Surfer software,and the water distribution map was analyzed.(2)Study on spraying width of micro-spraying hose.Based on the experimental data ofspraying width of micro-spraying hose,the effects of the diameter of spraying hole,the elevation angle of spraying hole,working pressure,wind speed and direction on spraying width of micro-spraying hose were analyzed.Based on the force analysis of spraying water droplets in Micro-sprinkling hose,the movement model of spraying water droplets in Micro-sprinkling hose is established by Newton's second law,and the boundary conditions are established.The movement time of sprinkler water droplets in Micro-sprinkling hose was calculated,thus the theoretical calculation formula of sprinkler width in Micro-sprinkling hose is determined.Through regression analysis of the experimental data of Micro-sprinkling hose,the functional relationship between sprinkler width and diameter of Micro-sprinkling hose,elevation angle of sprinkler hole and working pressure was obtained,which is the empirical formula of sprinkler width of Micro-sprinkling hose.The spraying width of Micro-sprinkling hose obtained from experimental data was compared with the theoretical formula and empirical formula.It was found that the spraying width of Micro-sprinkling hose was the largest when the elevation angle of micro-sprinkler hole was about 40 degrees under the theoretical formula.The theoretical calculation formula of Micro-sprinkling hose has higher accuracy than the empirical formula,but the empirical formula is easy to calculate and has greater significance in guiding practical production.(3)Study on Optimization of Micro-sprinkling hose combination.Based on the data analysis of single-tube Micro-sprinkling hose test,the functional relationship between the uniformity of Micro-sprinkling hose combination and the paving spacing was established.According to the economic and reasonable requirements of planning and design,the functional relationship between investment per unit area of Micro-sprinkling hose and paving spacing is established.Finally,a multi-objective optimization model with the largest uniformity and the smallest investment per unit area is established,and the combination spacing of Micro-sprinkling hose was taken as the decision variable.The combination optimization of NY/T63-0.6-7 Micro-sprinkling hose was studied under 0.05 MPa working pressure.NSGA-II genetic optimization algorithm was applied to the optimum combination spacing of micro-sprinkling hose by Matlab software.Optimum combination spacing of micro-sprinkling hose NY/T63-0.6-7 is 1.62R~1.71 R under 0.05 MPa working pressure.
