With the developing of the society and science, the protection and development ofForest Tree Plasm Resources is put on more and more attention, especially developingthe resource in multi-level. It would have a deep effect not only on the forestry industrybut also on the society. In this article, taking the protection of Forest Tree PlasmResources as target, a Forest Tree Plasm Resources information system on Pinus taedaL. is built. Pinus taeda L. is the one of the most important tree species for constructionand papermaking. It is originated from southeast of USA. And it has the characters offast grow, widely use, strong adaptability and strong geographic variation. It has beenwidely planted in many areas. Pinus taeda L. is introduced into our country in 1930s.After over 70 years of development, it has been one of tree species to built fast growingand high yielding forest.In the article, a Germplasm Resources information management system is built onthe Pinus taeda L. which are planted in ChangLE forestry farm. The Genetic Diversity ofClonal Seed of Pinus taeda L. is studied by the means of conventional phenotypemeasuring and hereditary analysis. The conclusions get are as follows:1.through detailed investigation on Pinus taeda L. the information of its quantity,quality and distribution is get. At the same time, the standard of its Genus GermplasmResources Description is built.2. A Germplasm Resources information management system is built on the Pinustaeda L. The Standards is from China Forest Plant Germplasm resource system. It canwell describe the characters of information of Pinus taeda L..3. Study on the phenotype genetic diversity shows that:1) There was plentiful variation within and among the Clone Biomass plots;2) There are plentiful variation on the five important morphologic characters (height ofstem, Stem Diameter, stem volume, ramification angle and linear-leaf length);3) There are plentiful variations among the 238 kinds of clone Pinus taeda L., theconclusion is get by the means of Analysis of Variance;4) There are positive correlations between stem diameter and stem height, stem diameterand stem volume, stem height and stem volume. The conclusion is get by the means ofcorrelation analysis,4. By the means of improved CTAB method, height quality DNA is got from Pinus taeda L. Totally of 114 individuals representing 5 natural population of Pinus taeda L. aresurveyed using 8 RAPD primers. And generated 45 bands, of which polymorphic bandsnumber is 38, the percentage of polymorphic bands is 84.44%. As analyzed by softwarePOPGENE, the genetic diversity of Pinus taeda L. is relatively high(Ht=0.2803, averageShannon index=0.4195, Gst=0.0497).
