21st century,The world has entered an era of information technology,forestry information construction has become an important part of modern forestry construction.State-owned forest areas play an important role in demonstrating and guiding forestry informatization,it is one of the key points of forestry informatization to improve the informatization level of state-owned forest area as a whole.According to the domestic and international research situation,the integration of information technology and forestry management activities is the inevitable trend of forestry information development to a certain stage,abroad has already made great progress in this regard,but domestic is still lacking.Based on the above considerations combined with business process management perspective and related theory,this article takes XX forestry bureau as an example,combing and optimizing the management of forest resources related business processes of this Forestry Bureau,and designed a set of business process management system based on Activiti5 workflow engine,mainly to complete the following work:(1)Through research,discussion,interviews and other means,obtaining basic data and information of the management of forest resources related business processes from the forestry bureau,and indentify the key business processes.(2)Using business processes management theoretical methods,according to BPMN 2.0 business flowchart standard,conducting detailed comb on the forestry bureau related AS-IS business processes.Using ASME form to analysis identify business progress "value added/no value ",finding key activities,unnecessary activities,can be improved activities in the business process,identify process breakpoints,to find out the problems and shortcomings in its operation,providing support for goal-based process optimization.Using the relevant theories and methods of process optimization,optimizing the AS-IS process,designing SHOULD future state process technical specifications,designing COULD BE candidate,and designing the future improvement TO-BE process of the XX forestry bureau related business.Using KPI to combine BSC theory to establish perfonnance evaluation criteria for key business process nodes,to carry out effective supervision of business activities.(3)System implementation,designing and implementing a future improvements process templates business process management system based on the Activiti5 workflow engine.
