The effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus and sowing rate and row spacing treatments on the growth features and seed yield and its components , and the main nutrient andβ-glucan content of seed of naked oat(Avena nuda L. cv. Qingyongjiu No.887) were researched in this paper, the main results as following:4.1 Apply nitrogen or phosphorus had significantly effects on reproductive branch numbers, ineffective tillering and total tillering numbers, leaf area , seed yield and stalk yield, seeds of each spike and weight per 1000 seeds, spikes, grains of each spike of naked oat (P<0.05). Under N90P90 plot , the reproductive branch numbers, total tillering numbers, seed yield, spikes, weight per 1000 seeds, seeds of each spike weight, grains of each spike are the highest, 5.87 tillering/strain, 6.756 tillering/strain, 3400kg/hm2, 5060000No./hm2, 19.75g/1000seeds, 1.63g/spike and 57.33 grains/spike, respectively. The leaf area and stalk yield were the highest in N135P90 plot, 356.22cm2/plant and 20700kg/hm2, respectively.The seed of naked oat crude protein and crude fat content were the highest for N135P0 and N0P60 plot, 19.39% and 7.92%, respectively. N and P had significantly effect onβ-glucan content of naked oat seeds (P<0.05); In N90P90 and N135P90 treatments,β-glucan content of naked oat seed were the highest. Visibility, high N or P could increaseβ-glucan content of naked oat seed. A positive correlation relationship exhibited between seed yield and spikes or seed weight per plant or seeds of each spike or weight per 1000 seeds spikes (P<0.01 or P<0.05).4.2 Sowing rate and row spacing had significantly effects on reproductive branch numbers, ineffective tillering and total tillering numbers, leaf area , seed yield and stalk yield, seeds of each spike and weight per 1000 seeds, spikes, grains of each spike of naked oat (P<0.05). Under 120kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 20cm of row spacing treatment, the reproductive branch numbers, total tillering numbers, seed yield, weight per 1000 seeds,β-glucan content of seed are the highest, 4.7tillering/strain, 5.45 tillering/strain, 3230kg/hm2, 19.48g/1000seeds, 2.41%, respectively. Under 60kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 15cm of row spacing treatment, leaf area were the biggest. Under 150kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 15cm of row spacing treatment, spikes and stalk yield were the highest, 4930000No./hm2 and 19600kg/hm2, respectively.Under 90kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 30cm of row spacing treatment, the seed crude protein content were the highest in all treatments. Under 60kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 25cm of row spacing treatment, the seed crude fat content were the highest in all treatments. Sowing rate and row spacing had significantly effects onβ-glucan content of naked oat seed.Planting naked oat net income were 7274 yuan/hm2 and 6232 yuan/hm2 for N90P90 and 120kg/hm2 of sowing rate and 20cm of row spacing treatments, respectively.Comprehensive these factors, planting naked oat in eastern agricultural district of Qinghai Province, should apply pure nitrogen and phosphorus 90kg/hm2, and the sowing rate and the row spacing should choice 120 kg/hm2 and 20cm.
