The study of field and lab experiments was conducted to understand the change of bionomic strategies and ingredient on the clonal plant-Potentilla anserine L. It was studied that growth character, biomass allocation, physiology levels and nutrition of the plant under different conditions. The results were as following:The effects of different areas to planting in xining are not significant. And the effects of different temperature stresses to conductance are also not significant. But the effects of different drought stresses to conductance are significant. This indicated that the plant has far-ranging adaptability belongs to microtherm , water-fast plant and has can fight drought to some extent. In different environments, planting conditions experiments, it helps to the height of plant in high soil nutrient, moderate covering and high density. The change of spacer length has not regulation. In biomass allocation, it partials to belowground mass when resource availability is low, otherwise it invests in overground mass. In heterogeneous nutrient experiment, there are hierarchical and significant effects of plant on ramet and genet. The stoloniferous has important function to clonal growth in severing stolon experiment. In analyzing earthnut ingredient experiment, the content of CP and CF in xining are higher than other areas. But the content of NFE and water are less than other areas. In general, this experiment that studies the clonal growth, physiology levels and earthnut ingredient in Potentilla anserine L.can offer reference for the bionomic strategies, planting lawn, empoldering manufacture and manual work of the plant.
