An one-factorial trial was conducted according to the random grouping to determine the effect of enzyme on growth performance and digestibility of the 13~17 days old tan sheep lambs. Sixty 4-day-old healthy male lambs with close weight were allotted randomly to 12 treatments and 5 replicates per treatment. Group A, control group, which was fed milk; Group B, milk + neutral proteinase 5 000U/kg; Group C, milk +α-amylase 4 000U/kg; Group D, milk + lipase 4 000U/kg; Group E, control group, which was fed corn gluten meal; Group F, corn gluten meal + neutral proteinase 5 000U/kg; Group G, corn gluten meal +α-amylase 4 000U/kg; Group H, corn gluten meal + lipase 4 000U/kg; Group I, control group, which was fed soybean flour processing; Group J, soybean flour processing + Neutral proteinase 5 000U/kg; Group K, soybean flour processing +α-amylase 4 000U/kg; Group L, soybean flour processing + lipase 4 000U/kg. During the period of 4~17 days, 4~13 days were preparative period, 13~17 days were trial period. The daily weight and trial diet intake were weighed everyday during the trial period. The apparent availability of the dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat and nitrogen-free extract in trial diet were analysed during 13~17 days of the tan sheep lambs'age. The results showed:Ⅰ.When the lambs were fed milk, The trial diet intake, daily weight, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat and nitrogen-free extract's apparent availability of trial diet were increased incoordinately by adding enzyme. Group added Neutral proteinase, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase were increased 11.07, 17.45 and 5.18 g than control group in dry matter intake; and were increased 15.83, 20.00 and 8.33 g than control group in daily weight (P<0.05); and were increased 2.61, 5.03 and 2.79 percents than control group in apparent availability of dry matter (P<0.05); and were increased 2.73, 5.27 and 2.94 percents than control group in apparent availability of organic matter (P<0.05); Group added Neutral proteinase was increased 3.34, 3.13 and 3.38 percents respectively than control group, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase in apparent availability of crude protein (P<0.05); group addedα-amylase was increased 8.02, 6.16 and 4.99 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group added lipase in availability of nitrogen-free extract (P<0.05); group added lipase was increased 3.41, 3.54 and 3.76 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group addedα-amylase in apparent availability of crude fat (P<0.05).Ⅱ. When the lambs were fed corn gluten meal, The trial diet intake, daily weight, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat and nitrogen-free extract's apparent availability of trial diet were increased incoordinately by adding enzyme. Group added Neutral proteinase, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase were increased 8.88,3.77和1.56 g than control group in dry matter intake; and were increased 24.17, 21.67 and 12.50 g than control group in daily weight (P<0.05); and were increased 2.20, 0.35 and 0.78 percents than control group in apparent availability of dry matter; and were increased 2.61, 0.79 and 1.11 percents than control group in apparent availability of organic matter; Group added Neutral proteinase was increased 3.74, 4.96 and 4.44 percents respectively than control group, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase in apparent availability of crude protein (P<0.05); group addedα-amylase was increased 6.04, 5.12 and 5.18 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group added lipase in availability of nitrogen-free extract (P<0.05); group added lipase was increased 2.57, 3.84 and 4.55 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group addedα-amylase in apparent availability of crude fat (P<0.05).Ⅲ. When the lambs were fed soybean flour processing, The trial diet intake, daily weight, dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat and nitrogen-free extract's apparent availability of trial diet were increased incoordinately by adding enzyme. Group added Neutral proteinase, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase were increased 9.99, 2.99 and 0.62 g than control group in dry matter intake; and were increased 20.83, 15.83 and 10.00 g than control group in daily weight (P<0.05); and were increased 2.45, 0.29 and 1.03 percents than control group in apparent availability of dry matter; and were increased 2.36, 0.51 and 1.26 percents than control group in apparent availability of organic matter; Group added Neutral proteinase was increased 8.45, 6.66 and 6.68 percents respectively than control group, group addedα-amylase and group added lipase in apparent availability of crude protein (P<0.05); group addedα-amylase was increased 5.66, 6.88 and 6.54 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group added lipase in availability of nitrogen-free extract (P<0.05); group added lipase was increased 4.73, 4.13 and 4.88 percents respectively than control group, group added Neutral proteinase and group addedα-amylase in apparent availability of crude fat(P<0.05).
