The test was designed to study the digestibility of six common feedstuffs in Tan sheep at the age of 13~16 days. Eighteen healthy male lambs at 4 days with nearly same weight were divided into 6 groups, and each group had 3 replicates. The six treatments were the control group with cow milk powder, the corn gluten, soybean powder processing, corn gluten and whey powder processing, corn gluten meal and cornmeal flour processing, corn gluten meal and soybean oil (soybean oil added 5.0% as soybean lecithin emulsifier ), respectively. Digestion and metabolism tests were carried on with Fecal-wide admission method. Dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, ash, nitrogen-free extract and calcium, phosphorus, total energy nutrient digestibility of six feedstuffs (including bovine milk, soybean powder, corn protein powder, whey powder, corn flour, soybean oil) in the diets of 13~16-day-old lambs were analyzed and determined Based on the nutritional additive theory. The experiment expercenced 13 days, 4~12 days were pretrial period,13-16 days were post-trial period .The results showed :1. Every nutrient of bovine milk and whey had high digestibility at 13~16 days lambs. In those nutrients, digestibility of dry matter, organic matter and gross energy was 90.00%, 90.57%, 96.71% in bovine milk and 97.31%, 98.35%, 96.04%in whey. Those results were slightly higher than the corn gluten meal (P>0.05), significantly higher than that of soybean meal, Corn flour and soybean oil (P<0.05). According to the comprehensive analysis of feed palatability, nutrition and digestibility, Bovine milk and whey were still the best feedstuffs in preparing lamb substituting milk-and early-feed the preferred feed ingredients undoubtedly.2. Every nutrient of corn gluten meal and soybean meal had high digestibility in lambs. In those nutrients, digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein and total energy was 89.54%, 90.01%, 92.99%, 89.83% in corn gluten meal and 77.90%, 78.53%, 81.80% 77.49% in soybean meal. Corn gluten meal is higher than soybean powder. According to its nutritional analysis of the digestion, corn gluten meal and soybean meal can be as a source of plant protein replacement part or all of lamb milk protein preparation materials and substituting milk Early-feed; Meanwhile, corn gluten meal and soybean meal had more economic feasibility than cow milk and whey, and the advantages of corn gluten meal become even more obvious.3. Digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, total crude protein and energy in forage maize flour is 85.88%, 86.39%, 38.37%, 86.13% respectively. Digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, fat and total energy digestibility in Soybean oil feed was 80.87%, 85.90%, 92.57%, 85.15%, respectively. These results indicated that corn flour can be used as lamb substituting milk-feed supplement and early preparation of the main energy raw materials, and soybean oil can be used as fatty substances addition to further enhance substituting milk-and early-fat diet and energy level and reduce the rate of diarrhea of lambs.4. By simulating the calculation method, the accuracy of apparent digestibility for certain nutrient which two experiments were carried of apparent digestibility which digestive test was employed on time. Two digestive trial arising from the systematic errors that may have a direct impact on the accuracy of the results, therefore, useing a digest pilot program design possibly, if we had to use two to digest the design of the pilot program. Two digestive test designing method was carried out because of the constrant condition.
