In recent years, the business that embryo transplant application and the research of every kind of embryo engineering development all need a mass of high-quality earlier period embryo. The source and the cost of the embryo has become the important factor that practical turn of embryo engineering. Making use of the oocytes from goats IVM (in vitro maturation), joining together the goat sperm capacitation andthe embryo transplants, we could investigate the low cost technique route that improves the goat species of our country. In order to abtain plenty of high quality and low-cost early embryos, the study of IVM and parthenogenetic embryo development of slaughtered goat's oocytes were done.In this study, hyaluronic acid (HA) was added to the modified foundational medium,through which to mainly determine the effect of HA on invitro maturation of goat oocytes and development of the early embryos.In the first part of this research, the effect of hyaluronic acid on in vitro maturation of goat oocytes was studied.The first experiment's purpose was to study the effect of different concentrations of hyaluronic acid on in vitro maturation of goat oocytes.The result show that, the groups with 1.0mg/mL and 1.5mg/mL HA were significantly higher than the other groups in the frequency of the first polor body (PB) extrusion(74.5%, 76.3%, P<0.05), this result primitively expresses that 1.0mg/mL~1.5mg/mL was the best concentration of HA in serum free medium for invitro maturation of goat oocytes .The second experiment was done to compare the PB of serum-free midium that with HA and serum mediums(FBS and EGS) when they were used in IVM of goat oocytes.The result show that,PB of the group of serum-free medium was significantly lower than the EGS group(P<0.05),but was not significantly lower than the FBS group(P>0.05).In the second part of this research, the effect of different hyaluronic acid on parthenogenetic embryo development was studied.The first experiment was done to study the effect of different concentrations of hyaluronic acid on parthenogenetic embryo development.The result show that, the group with 1.5mg/mL HA was significantly higher than the other groups in the frequency of blastcyst rate ( 44.4%), this result expresses that 1.5mg/mL was the best concentration of HA in serum free meium for early embryos development of goat.The second experiment's purpose was to compare the blastcyst rate of the group of serum-free medium with HA and the groups of serum medium(FBS and OCS),the result show that, blastcyst rate of the group of serum-free medium was significantly lower than the OCS group(P<0.05),but wasn't significantly lower than the FBS group(P>0.05).
