In order to grasp the fiber genetic traits and fiber color changes,shorten the breeding process of colored cotton.The experiments were carried out in the experimental farm, shihezi researcher.8 natrally brown cotton parents with different fiber quality and fiber color and 15 F1 derived from NCII mating design were selected for the research of brown fiber characters on analysis genetic traits,parent-offspring correlation and regression, genetic correlation analysis heteosis, among different characters,combility and so on, by determining brown fiber characters. Including fiber length, strength, micronaire, elongation, open-end spinning index and mature index, univerity.Including pigment and cellulose content,two fiber coloured traits.At the same time,determining natrally brown cotton yield contents,including seed cotton yield,lint yield,boll weitht,lint percent seed index in parents and F1. Using an additive-dominant genetic model and Liu Lai Fu'S combility,parent-offspring correlation and regression ways,The objective of this research was to establish the fiber quality breeding theory of natural brown cotton through exploring the breeding means of the quality hybrid cotton.At the same time,analsis fiber traits ,study brown cotton fiber heterosis and combinging ability:at the same time, Analysis on the changes of fiber pigment and quality through shading bolls in 20,40DPH by determining the brown cotton fiber pigment and fiber cellulose.The main results were obtained:1 The results showed that fiber length,elongation and university were principal affected by the addidive effect of gene .At the same time, fiber strength,micronaire value were principal affected by the dominant effects of the gene.The statistical analysis revealed that the all fiber traits were mainly controll by the additive effects and by dominant effects,Although they were affected by the environment.We may get better results through good breeding methods to the different genetic traits of natrul brown fiber quality. 2 Narrow-sense were high in F1 fiber quality of brown naturally cotton.They were ranged as elongationï¹¥fiber lengthï¹¥strengthï¹¥micronaire value except open-end spinning index and mature index ,controlled by environment.3 Correlation analysis indicated that The parent-offspring correlation were positive highly significant,so it may predict the performance of F1 generation according to the mean of parent,and Between fiber quality and yield existed different level correlation.The fiber color of parent affected their next generation fiber color performance.The fiber length have positive genetic correlation with micronaire value and univerity;The fiber strength,elongation showed negative genetia correlation with micronaire value and univerity.The results showed that F1 generation fiber were different brown through parent heterosis. F1 generation fiber color were deeper as deepen brown varities as female than as deepen brown varities as male.It may be affected by female genetic. Results of coefficient of correlation analysis between pigment content and fiber quality characters in mature fiber showed negative to highly negative significant correlation among them. F1 generation main fiber quality had positive significant correlation with those of parents, fiber stength showed negative effect on yield traits(-0.519),Including seeding yield, boll weight and bolls/plant,secondly,The browen fiber length was showed negative correlation with lint yield.4 From the object of combining high yield and high quality breeding, deepen fiber color according to the GCA and the SCA, Kenzong2,Shicai4 were better in fiber length cotton breeding selection and Kenzong2,Shicai6 and Xincai1 were better as parents in brown cotton breeding selection.5 Fiber qualities of natural brown cottons had bigger positive heterosis, and had great relation with their parents. so it may predict the performance of F1 generation according to the mean of parent,The heterosis of F1 generation varied according to parent show.The biggest heterosis will be obtained by improved the performance of parents characters in parents apolegamy.6. The results showed that Shading had different influenced on the fiber different colored cotton,Shading boll had no effect to pigment biosynthesis,to the contrary about deeper brown coloured fiber,they were controlled by their gene.The brown color of the fiber changed poorer than their primary color after their boll shading from 20 to 40 day post anthesis(DPA) in deeper brown colour of Xin cai1.However the brighness, deepness and the stability of the color fibers in various shading periods were different, There was no significant changes with fiber colour of poorer brown Shi cai 3.7. Shading had different influenced on the fiber different quality of the colored cotton.All the fiber strength of being shaded were worse than normal cotton,the worse strength with the more time.Fiber strength of Xin cai 1 with colour deeper at 20DPA was higher that of at 40DPA.The fiber length have no significant changes with boll shading time different .being shaded from was poorer than that of the control,The fiber length with boll shading at 20 DPA were better than those of the control,Shading after 40 DPA in Xin cai 1 .
