Mastitis is a kind of common cow disease,paticularly subclinical mastits is widespread outbreak.So opening the exhibition of cow of mastitis the anti-disease kind work is importance.I use molecular genetic marking technique to study the cow subclinical mastitis from below three directions.1.there are important meaning for researching imported high yield cow genetic analysis.To reveal the genetic diversity and systemic relationship of 160 imported high yield cow subspecies in Xingjiang, the genetic polymorphisms of 4 microsatellites in imported helstein subspecies in Xinjiang were studied. Number of alleles, average effective number of alleles (E) .According to allele frequencies of four microsatellites, polymorphism information content (PIC),mean heterozygosity (h) and genetic distances were calculated for each population.The systemic relationship was analyzed as well. Meanwhile, we are study the relations between genetic markers and antler production.the results showed that 4 microsatellite loci were high polymorphic, and 4 microsatellite loci BM1258,BM1818,BM1905,BM1443 were effective markers for analysis of genetic relationship and subclinical mastitis among mported high yield cow subspecies.The average PIC(0.7831), h(0.8175)and E(5.6126) of the whole population were all higher ,which showed the gene polymorphisms and genetic diversity in these imported helstein populations are relatively.We find BM1258 locus and BM1818 can marker antler production of SCC,and selete above tow microsatellite locus are amplified in one tube of one reaction system successfully,which can be used to detect subclinical mastitis in the labratory effectively.2..IL-8 is important for neutrophil chemotaxis,which is activated.which can active granulocyte,can chemotaxis T cell and alkali neutrophilselecte. Lactoferrin is anti-health protein.heterophil granulocyte is actived quickly.PCR-SSCP anlysis on IL-8 receptor gene and Lactoferrin gene,SCC is different in defferent cows,show it is related on cow subclinical mastitis.The IL-8 SSCP-5and SSCP-7is important in resisting subclinical mastits,the same is SSCP-1 in Lactoferrin .3. MBL is very important innate immunity molecule,can be used inimmune defence and regulating function.electe PCR-RFLP and restriction endonuclease AluI anlysis on MBL gene ,show it is also related on cow subclinical mastitis.RFLP-1 is important in resisting subclinical mastitis.Whether can the above three gene become effective genetic markers is not sure ,need to extend big sample scope.We can study on the subclinical mastitis by molecular genetic marking technique,breed anti health cow agaist subclinical mastitis.Selecting higher immunity dint or anti- disease cow to lower the outbreak of subclinical mastitis.
