Mastitis is a very complicated is ease and the major cause of economic loss of dairy industry.Research of resistance to dairy mastitis is beneficial to selecting and breeding dairy herd with mastitisresistance. Somatic cell count is a first trait for mastitis resistance, the high of somatic cell count withmastitis is positive correlation; the low of somatic cell count with mastitis is negative correlation. It canbe resist mastitis by low of somatic cell count. On this condition, some scholars want to researchmicrosatellites markers and their relationship with Somatic Cell Count, the study aims to select low ofsomatic cell count by microsatellites markers and high mastitis resistance.Genetic variation of six microsateilites loci BM6425, BMS1348, BM6458, BMS995, BM804 andBMS1979 which were closely linked to somatic cell count (SCC) was analyzed in Holstein cows milkwith nondenaturing polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis. Allele frequencies, heterozygosity, polymorphicinformation content, the effective number of alleles of six microsatellites loci were calculated.Relationships between six microsatellites loci and somatic cell score in Holstein cows were primarilyanalyzed by least squares linear model. The results show that①PIC, heterozygosity and effective number of alleles of 6 microsatellitesloci range from 0.7967to 0.8839 from 0.7998 to 0.8852, from 4.9940 to 8.6972,respectively;②allele184bp of BM6425 had a significant positive correlation with somatic cell counts in cowpopulations, the allele 177bp of BM6425 had significant negative correlation with somatic cell countsin cow populations;③Both allele 106bp, 92bp of BMS1348 had a significant positive correlation withsomatic cell counts in cow populations, both alleles 102bp, 114bp, 112bp and 96bp of BMS1348 had asignificant negative correlation with somatic cell counts in cow populations;④Both allele126bp,141bp of BM6458 had a significant positive correlation with somatic cell counts in cowpopulations, both allele 128bp,145bp and 143bp of BM6458 had a significant negative correlation withsomatic cell counts in cow populations;⑤The allele 125bp of BMS995 had a significant positive correlation with somatic cell counts in cow populations, both alleles 123bp, 136bp, 128bp and 133bp ofBMS995 had a significant negative correlation with somatic cell counts in cow populations;⑥Bothalleles 157bp and154bp of BM804 had a significant positive correlation with somatic cell counts incow populations, both alleles I56bp, 158bp and 150bp of BMS04 had a significant negative correlationwith somatic cell counts in cow populations;⑦The allele 105bp of BMS 1979 had a significant positivecorrelation with somatic cell counts in cow populations, both alleles 108bp,106bp and 100bp ofBMS 1979 had a significant negative correlation with somatic cell counts in cow populations.
