Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. In addition, 22 other compounds have also been isolated and 20 of them were identified as tetratriacontane 1, dammarenediol II 3-o-n-palmitate 2,β-amyrin 3, 16Z,19Z-pentacosadienoic acid 4, uvaol 5,β-sitosterol 6, stigmasterol 7, Vitamin Eα8, 9Z,12Z,15Z-octadecatrien-l-ol 9, monolinoleoyl glycerol 10, syringic acid 11, 3,4-dihydroxybenzonic acid 12, quercetagetin 7-methyl ether 13, quercetagetin 14, n-hexadecane 16, quercetagetin 5-methyl ether 17, 5,7-dimetho-xy quercetin 18, gallic gcid 19, 3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid 20 and quercetagetin3-o-glucoside 21. Compounds 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 19 and 20 were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
