The greenhouse agriculture owns the feature of high temperature, high humidity, perennial. It can provide the properly climatic condition and living through the winter place for insect pests. The insect pests are guarded against with the technology of spraying, dusting, aerosol spraying. Most of the machinery is handle or motor sprayer. Light dynamoelectric sprayer is ready to design in Shandong Agricultural University.The first generation of show machine has some disadvantages, such as high price and so on. So it is necessary to improve this design. The main designing has such contents as below. Designing high pressure nozzle that is used to supply assisted airflow, waft droplets that comes from nozzle, and the principle of spraying. Accomplish technology which nobody operates with the help of temperature controller to control the state and stop of show machine. Analyzing lab and experiment in the true locale for the spraying quality of nozzle and the work performance of show machine.The improved show machine can reach the anticipative requirements according the validation, and own the feature of nobody operating, good spraying quality of nozzle, good effect of prevention and cure, high work reliability and so on. Because adopting the technology of assisted airflow when the pressure is1.5~2.5 MPa, inner temperature is 20~35℃,relatively humidity is 60~85% and the diameter of core is 0.7 mm and 1.0 mm, we can get the results of diameter of droplet which is within 50~100μm, average droplets deposition density which is 20~35 granule/cm2.All of results provide that the spraying performance of show machine is ideal.The innovation of this paper as follows: Firstly, designed the special nozzle for light dynamoelectric mist sprayer according to the technology of spraying. Obtain the bigger Droplets used the different nozzle disc or regulate the fixed distance. Secondly, solving the problem of manipulator's poisoning because of contacting thoroughly used the intelligent control device to control the start and stop of spray device.
