The root-knot nematode has become the key limiting factor of soil health; the traditional chemical methods are effective but cause environment pollution. And the researches according to physical theories to decrease the continuous cropping barriers and the number of the root-knot nematode have not been reported. This experiment treats the soil in the greenhouse with the physical or biological method for experimental microwave, ozone, microwave adsorbent, effective microorganisms to discuss the effects of the different treatment on pH, EC, the soil organic matter(SOM) , total N ,total P ,available P ,total K, active K, the root-knot nematode, plant height , root diameter ,yield, soluble solid content, flesh firmness, fruit index. studying the effect of the treatments on the root-knot nematode, soil physicochemical and the development and yield of melon.1. The effects of the different treatments on the root-knot nematode:60s microwave, 120g/h ozone, effective microorganisms with 5g/m2 can decrease evidently the number of the root-knot nematode. The root-knot nematode to the four factors is in order of microwave> effective microorganisms > ozone > microwave adsorbent.2. The effects of the different treatments on the soil physicochemical properties:30s microwave can effectively decrease the pH of 0-5cm and 5-10cm soil layers, and the microwave with 30s and 60s can effectively decrease the soil organic matter; The ozone of 240g/h can decrease evidently the soil organic matter of 10-15cm; The microwave adsorbent of 100g/m2 can increase the soil total N of 10-15cm; 3g/m2 EM can decrease the soil total N of 5-10cm.3. The effects of the different treatments on the development and yield of melon:30s microwave can effectively decrease the yield, but 60s can effectively increase the fruit index; ozone with 120g/h can decrease the yield evidently; 200g/m2 microwave adsorbent can increase the yield evidently; 3g/m2 EM can decrease the soluble solid content; 5g/m2 EM can decrease evidently plant height, the root diameter and the yield. The optimal collocation taking both the yield and the root-knot nematode into account: 60s microwave, 120g/h ozone, 200g/m2 microwave adsorbent, 5g/m2 effective microorganisms.
