The study made use of TianZhu white Yak's milk as research object, vitamins content and the influence of different feeding condition on the vitamins content were researched. Meanwhile, in the study, the content difference of vitamins from white Yak, Holstein and Scalper's milk was compared. The results were showed as below:1. The pre-dispose method of samples and chromatography condition were ascertained for fat soluble and B vitamins determination by use of HPLC.2. Vitamins content of white Yak's milk included fat soluble and water soluble vitamins had no significant discrepancy among different fetal times(P﹥0.05).3. The mean content of vitamin A in milk of white Yak browsed in the flourishing period was significantly higher than the end of fading period and the budding period(P﹤0.05). The mean content of vitamin E in the flourishing period was very significantly higher than the end of fading period(P﹤0.01). During B vitamins, the content of B1,B6 and B11 of white Yak's milk had no significant discrepancy among different feeding time(P﹥0.05).4. The content of vitamin A and E in white Yak's milk from different feeding pasture had no significant discrepancy(P﹥0.05), the most content of vitamin A was in the Wu shao ling pasture, and the lowest content was in the Dai qian pasture; The most content of vitamin E was in the Xia Nan ni gou pasture, and the lowest content was in the Wu shao ling pasture. During B vitamins, B11 had the very significantly higher content in the Xia Nan ni gou pasture than Wu shao ling and Dai qian pasture(P﹤0.01), and others had no significant discrepancy among different feeding pasture(P﹥0.05).5. The content of vitamin A and E in white Yak's milk were all very significant higher than Scalper and Holstein's milk(P﹤0.01),but the two kinds of fat soluble vitamins between Scalper and Holstein's milk had no significant discrepancy(P﹥0.05). During B vitamins, B3,B5 and B11 had no significant discrepancy among three different cattle's milk(P﹥0.05), the most content of vitamin B3 was in Holstein's milk, the most content of vitamin B5 and B11 were all in Scalper's milk.In summary, because of the meadow which white Yak grazed was no-contaminated and natively, and had abundant grass, results in the higher content of vitamin A and E in white Yak's milk, besides, content of B vitamins were also higher. Therefore, white Yak's milk was a good source of dietary vitamins intakes and dairy production process.
