| 1. By HPLC to mensurate phenolic acid in the root, stem and leaf of processing tomato. The results showed that the processing tomato included the tannic acid, the caffeic acid, the vanillic acid, the ferulic acid, the benzoic acid, the salicylic acid and the cinnamonic acid , this reason is identical with the elder in fresh tomato.in leaf's phenolic acid content is high in the root and the stem content ,It is showed the leaf is the main organ to accumulate the phenolic acid.2. Organic acids from ancestors identified fron tomato, then allelopathy of those organic acids to seed germination and growth of radicle were conducted with germinating test. The results showed that phthalic acid, benzoic acid and cinnamic acid repressed the seed germination of different processed tomato, which caused lower germination rates and shorter radicle ,the significant level reached remarkable or high remarkable; the inhibition level enhanced with tbe concentration of the organic acids increasing. Comprehensive to see seed germination rates and growth of radicle of three different processed tomato ,the repressment is the most strong Xinyin 98-l,the second is Legel 87-5 and Xinfan N .4,which is probably relevant with resistment of seed itself3. Making use of water abstracts of internal of processing tomato are studied the oneself seedling growth experiment. Seen that the changement of seedling growth amounts , root vigour, degree of destroied cytogrease and cytomembrane of seedling , and the system of advance or defense of the cell enzyme on the different density of water abstracts. The results showed the seedling of processed tomato have some inhibiting lower on root length,stem length, fresh and dry weight of root,stem and leaf; root vigour have reduced obviously; The numerical value of cytomembrane permeate and MDA have enhanced obviously.showed that the cytomembrane have been damaged; In the system of advance or defense of the cell enzyme , superoxide dismutase activity displays the trend reducing , catalase activity displays the trend descending after increasing first , peroxidase activity displays the trend rising , that trend have explained that defensive systems are destroyed protecting cytomembrane from peroxidation of cytogrease and cytomembrane.4. Three breeds of processing tomato were planted in soid of continuous cropping firth, second and third years , determined change of various physiology index in different growth stage.
