The quality of seed was very important for the production and quality of the crops.The seeds vigor could be highly affected by the proedure of process, storage and sowed. Some researches had showed that seed vigor could be recovered and enhanced by the methods of seed priming, magnetic treatment and high voltage electrostatic field treatment. This experiment was designed by using the tomato seeds "Dongnong706" as the material and discussed the best method from seed priming, magnetic treatment and high voltage electrostatic field treatment by the affect of seed vigor and physiological and biochemical indexes1.Using diffierent priming methods to deal with the aged seeds "Dongnong706" including water priming for24hours,25%PEG priming,1.5%PVA priming,100mg/LGA3priming,100mg/L NAA,3%KC1, NH4NO3and Na2SO4which performed a well results. The index of seed germination has a significantly higher level of CK groups. Physiological and biochemical analysis shoewd that after the priming the content of relative electrolytic leakage and malonaldehyde performed a lower level than the CK groups and the content of soluble protein, POD, SOD and CAT was significantly higher than the CK groups.2. The seed material "Dongnong706" was conducted through the magnetic treatment using four field intensity gradient and three time gradient. The result performed that under the field intensity of2-3kGs with the time of5-10min could get the best result and the seed could also showed a significantly enhancement of vigor.3. Using the high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) to deal with the "Dongnong706" aged seeds. Measured the germinative force and the germination rate and calculated the germination index and vigor. The result also shoewd that a remarkable affection under the condition of diffierent field intensity.7.3kV/cm、260s the germination rate could be78%and the germinative force. The index of sprout and vigor was20.01and19.45, respectively.4. After using the high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) to deal with the "Dongnong706" aged seeds.The physiological and biochemical analysis showed that the relative electricity conductivity and MDA levels were significantly lower than the control. Druing the seed germination, the treatment group soluble protein content, SOD and POD activities higher than the control.5.’Using eight kinds of seed coating to deal with the seed"Moonlight".Tested the effects on seed germination. the leaf mold and pathogen Botrytis cinerea was inoculated and mixed with seed coating PDA medium, Seed inhibition was observed for both bacteria. When one of the Syngenta Seed production Celest little effect on tomato seed vigor, but also significantly inhibited the two bacteria.
