Cutting is the important process in sugarcane harvesting procedure and the cutter is the pivotal working parts of a sugarcane harvester. An important index on weighing cutter work capability is the rate of broken biennial root, and the incision state have a biggish influence on the rate of broken biennial root. So it is essential for us to do an in-depth study on affecting factors which are related to the cutting state to research cutting mechanism of the rate of broken biennial root. These studies which has important significances to popularize and appliance the sugarcane harvester.In this dissertation, carring through kinematic analysis and simulation , an kinematic model of dual cutter cutting sugarcane continuously was established. And by observing the dynamic incision process, the one-sided incision and the two-sided incision were the two incision format of dual cutter. Using the currency finity cell analysis software , the sugarcane cutting finity cell model was established to frame distinguish standard of dual cuuter on the bad incision state against the two-sided incision format. And an indoor physical simulation experiment was performed to certification the distinguish standard and the kinematic simulation model. These would supply distinguish basis on kinematic analysis experiment index. By using the kinematic analysis model , a kinematic analysis and simulation experiment study on the relation between the affecting factors including ground vibration factors (frequency , swing) caused by accidented ground , cutter's structural factors(obliquity of disc cutter, number of blade) and cutter's work factors (speed ratio) and the cutter's incision state. By means of statistical analysis, the mathematical regression equation model was established between experiment factors and the rate of bad incision state according to test data. Subsequently, the influences of each experiment factor and it's interaction to the rate of broken biennial root were analyzed. By analyzing we know: the frequency and the number of blade have prominent influence to the experiment index. We'll acquire the small broken rate when speed ratio is big, the angle of knife dish is small, amplitude and frequency is small, the number of blade is 4.
