According to the condition of the natural resources and the present status of non-contaminanted vegetables production in HuiXian town of LinGui county, the effects of adumbral net,the insect-proof network, killing the insect lamp, the highly effective and low poisonous pesticides, inorganic and organic on the main plant disease, pesticide residue and the nitrate content of vegetables were studied, applying to the controlling methods of physical and chemistry, with the Xia Yang bai(chinese cabbage), radish, garlic and so on as the experiment materials. In order to find methods of reducing plant disease, pesticide residue and nitrate content of cultivation vegetables, the non-contaminanted vegetables of edible security are obtained, improvesing the quality of vegetable products. The main results of this research as follows:1. Preventing pest net could not only reduce the light, temperature and humidify, but also avoid the tube aphid of vegetable dissemination iytta vesicatoria mosaic virus, the ablity of vegetable resistance disease obtained to enhance, reduced the aphid rate, controlled the occurrence of viral disease.2. Not only in the main types of pest, but also in the quantity of temptation pest pesticide ligh was obviously surpasses than black light lamp. During 19:00 to 21:00P.M.was the best time for the quantity of pest temptation in a day, from June to October was the peak of temptating pests in a year. Pesticide ligh has the good temptation effect to the main pest types of vegetable, it could also reduce the use of pesticide amount, which could reduce the production costs greatly.3. In condiction of the same nitrogen content, the effect to the yield of radish and garlic were significant differences among the pigexcrement, cow dung and chicken manure. The treatment of 1/2 chicken manure and 1/2 chemical fertilizer could not only promote theirs growth and increase the yield, but also reduce the nitrate content in vegetables.4. In condiction of the same nitrogen content, the nitrate content in XiaYang-bai (Chinese cabbage) was lowest when the chloride ammonium and the sulfate ammonium were applied in different vegetables.5. Urea was a common fast-acting nitrogen used in production. There were significant differences of the nitrate content in vegetables among four pursues fertilizers: 0kg/hm~2, 75kg/hm~2, 150kg/hm~2 and 300kg/hm~2, the nitrate content in vegetables was increasing as urea used amount were increasing, which indicated that the appling amount of urea could been seriously considered in production.6. The different medical had different effect to different pests. The best effect of controlling to the cabbage moth, the prodenia litura and cutworm moth was 0.8% YIFU cream at 1,000 times liquid. The best quick result was 2.5% CAIXI after using three days. The best effect of holding killing pest was 5% KASIKE and 1.8%JIQI. The effect of several pesticide mix used was superior to their used only, the best effect was LESIBEN and CHUJIN after appling ten days, which the controlling effect could reached 93.55%.In summary, during the process of cultivating Xia Yang bai(chinese cabbage), radish and garlic, Preventing pest net could be used in the seedling stage, pesticide light could be used in growth period, and the lighting was on during 19:00 to 1:00P.M. in a day. Organic and chemical fertilizer were reasonably used during the fertilizer appling period, and the amount of urea was be moderated used, the best pesticides were 0.8% YIFU cream at 1,000 times liquid, 2.5% CAIXI, 5% KASIKE and 1.8% JIQI, LESIBEN and CHUJIN. But the kind and the amount of pesticides were synthesisly considered based on the national actual state and the actual production.
