The experiment was conducted to solve diseased plants and early leaf -cast in growth of soybean .in greenhouse and field in suihua from 2005 to 2006.The results were as follows:Three factors and three levels experiment (treatment A, B and C) was conducted. The experimental result showed that the treatment A2+B3+C2 was the best combination.The root activity of mixture of the best combination with 35% seed coating agent at R1 stage was 179.5% and 356.8% higher than 35% seed coating agent only and CK respectively, which is higher than CK and 35% seed coating agent only on root-rot prevention, biomass of root nodule, and total biomass at R3 stage.The prevention effect of top dressing No1 on Soybean cercospora leaf spot was 85.67%, which was significantly higher than CK and other treatments. The diseased plant ratio of Sphaceloma glycines was 65.5% lower than CK. The prevention effect of Soybean brown spot reached 93.67%, which was significantly higher than CK and other treatments. It delayed defoliation for 8 days and significantly prolonged leaves life. The yield was also 20.8% highter than CK and other treatments.The best combination with top dressing treatment had no negative influence on soybean sprout of seedlings. The prevention effect on root rot, root activity at R1, nodules per plant were significantly higher than conventional treatments and CK. The amount of nematode, root imbed fly rate, number of Thrips and number of aphid were similar to conventional treatments and lower than CK. Soybean disease was greatly decreased. The treatment delayed defoliation for 8 days compared to CK, and 5 days compared to conventional treatments. The 100 grain weight was 4.3g and 3.3g greater than CK and conventional treatments and grain yield was 19.0% and 31.0% higher than conventional treatments and CK.Therefore, The best factors combination with seed coating and top dressing treatment could significantly increase root activity, alleviate disease damage, lengthen leaves function period, increase 100 grain weight and yield.
