Neonicotinoid insecticide aphids to traditional has generated a certain amount of resistance. Neonicotinoid insecticides is the history of the development of the pesticide on the fourth categories of pesticides, neonicotinoid insecticides because of unique mode of action, and show obvious selectivity, and is widely used in the prevention and control of wheat aphids. Because wheat in wheat leaves back, using the traditional spray treatment often failed to achieve the desired control effect, low utilization rate of pesticides, and spend a lot of manpower and resources, so people are eager to find a labor-saving, safe and efficient spraying technology. Microcapsules seed coating as a kind of new pesticide formulation, can reduce the toxicity of pesticide, reduce the pesticide degradation in the environment, reduce environmental pollution, improve the safety of pesticide and utilization and improve the control effect of pesticide effect. In order to guide the application of neonicotinoid insecticides microcapsules seed coating agent, this paper through the comparison of three kinds of typical microcapsule of neonicotinoid insecticides and concentrate for seed coating, study the effect of seed coating on seed security, in soil, wheat germ, wheat grain in the residue and control effect on wheat aphids, which provides a theoretical basis for the the rational use of pesticide microcapsules seed coating agent. In order to improve the efficiency of pesticide application, provide the theoretical support and guidance technology to reduce pesticide pollution to the environment. The test results are as follows:(1). Imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran three effective components of pesticide microcapsules seed coating agent 1, 1.33, 2, 4.00g/kg packages of seeds treated seeds, the germination rate had no effect, the three kinds of microcapsules seed coating agents on wheat seed coating safety.(2). Imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran three pesticides microcapsules seed coating agent for seed treatment, the decomposition rate is 0.5-0.7 times of its original decomposition rate of Flowable Concentrate for seed coating or powder coating materials, has significant sustained release effect.(3). Imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran three kinds of pesticide microcapsules seed coating formulation as compared with the other agent dosage, microcapsules seed coating in the same dose control effect with 10%-20%, has obvious advantages.(4). Imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dinotefuran three insecticides were used to control effect of seed treatment of wheat aphids, thiamethoxam and imidacloprid(anti 80%-96%)(75%-95%), dinotefuran(37%-70%). Do not recommend dinotefuran made coating used for prevention and treatment of wheat aphids.
