Developing Of Bacillus Cereus Preparation And Research Its Effect On Weaned Rabbits

Guided by the theory of animal microecology, Bacillus cereus microecology preparation used in rabbits was developed and studied in this research. The research also studied the effect of Bacillus cereus on the weaned rabbits.The present research was divided into three sections.First, isolation, identification and selection of Bacillus cereusThe cecum interior substance of healthy rabbits was collected without contamination. Five Bacillus cereus were selected according morphology observing, cultivated characteristic, microscope observing and biochemistry test. After high temperature test, one strain survived from 90℃treatment for 10 minutes was selected. Through the security test with chickens, the result show that it was nontoxic and could be thought as safe strain.Second, the selection of the optimal conditions of liquid fermentation and fermentation medium consistingSelection the optimal conditions of liquid fermentation: the research studied the effect of culture time, initial pH, culture temperature and rotate speed on viable number of strains. The optimal liquid fermentation conditions should under pH 7.0,30℃, cultured for 20 hours.Selection of the fermentation medium consisting: the research chooses corn flour, soybean cake and bran as fermentation medium and orthogonal test was used to choose the optimal consisting. The result show that the best fermentation medium consisting should be: core flour : bran : soybean cake =3:4:2, and the effect on viable number of strains was: core flour, bran, soybean cake.Third, The effect of Bacillus cereus preparation and the cooperation effect of Bacillus cereus with ShengTaiSuOne hundred and half 1-month-old weaned youth rabbits divided randomly into 5 treatment with 3 replicates per treatment. The following contents, mechanism of Bacillus cereus preparation, the different of two kind Bacillus cereus preparation and the cooperation effect of Bacillus cereus with ShengTaiSu were studied.Bacillus cereus preparations significantly improved the growth performance, feed efficiency increased by 14.32%(P＜0.01), diarrhea ratio decreased by 6.66(P＞0.05), survival ratio decreased by 6.66(P＞0.05); some serum biochemical parameters that related to growth performance also remarkablely improved, the blood serum total protein, blood sugar, blood cholesterol levels increased by 12.95%(P＜0.01), 17.5%(P＜0.01) and 21.13%(P＜0.01) respectively, the blood Urea-N level decreased by 25.49%(P＜0.01); the humoral immune function was improved, the content of IgA, IgG and IgM in blood serum increased by 39.06% (P＜0.05),36.96% (P＞0.05) and 10.14% (P＞0.05) respectively; the compose of bacteria in intestinal was improved, the content of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in intestinal increased by 15.69% (P＜0.05) and 7.59 % (P＜0.05) respectively, the content ofEscherichia coli in intestinal decreased by 22.01 % (P＜0.05 ); the ratio of nutrition digest was improved, crude protein, ether extract and crude fiber increased by 7.19%(P＞0.05), 6.10%(P＞0.05) and 5.75%(P＞0.05) respectively.Two preparation have significant different, which indicate that the process of feed treatment could damage the Bacillus cereus.The research of cooperation effect of Bacillus cereus with ShengTaiSu shows: Bacillus cereus used with ShengTaiSu can improve the effect, but didn't reach the significant level.
