A maize DH population including 61 DH lines derived from a cross between NX531and NX110 was used for the GCA correlative analysis and QTL mapped of all traits' GCA.The major results were as follows:1 The variance analysis of 12 traits, including days to pollen, days to silk, plant height,ear height, ear length, ear diameter, rare ear length, row No., kernels per row, cob diameter,100-kernel weight and grain yield per plant, were investigated using these 61 DH lines.The results showed that 10 traits were tamal significant except plant height and ear height,then the 10 traits' GCA were calculated.2 The correlative results showed that grain yield per plant's GCA was highlysignificantly positively correlated with days to pollen's GCA, ear length's GCA, eardiameter's GCA, kernels per row's GCA, cod diameter's GCA, 100-kernels weight's GCArespectively, and was not significantly correlated with others' GCA. The results of pathanalysis showed that the grain yield per plant's GCA was mainly affected by days topollen's GCA, ear length's GCA, ear diameter's GCA, kernels per row's GCA and100-kernels weight's GCA. So the grain yield per plant's GCA was mainly dominated bydays to pollen's GCA, ear length's GCA, ear diameter's GCA, kernels per row's GCA and100-kernels weight's GCA. And grain yield traits were not significantly correlated with itsGCA3 A genetic linkage map containing 146 SSR markers was constructed, which spanned atotal of 1345.1 cM with an average interval of 9.21 cM. The SSR linkage can be used forQTL mapping. All of the marker locus were tested for genetic segregation, and segregationdistortion regions were found on the chromosomes2, 3, 7.4 23 QTL were detected for 9 traits' GCA in 10 chromosome, except ear length's GCA.Each QTL could explain 7.97%~19.54%phenotypic variation of its corresponding trait,respectively, and each trait's QTL could explain 17.32%~50.23%phenotypic variation ofits corresponding trait.
