Through the using natural root section of Amur Cork-tree vaccination clover, this research seeks the high affinity AMF types of Amur Cork-tree under the natural ecological conditions. Then the effects of inoculation with AMF on the growth and three principal alkaloid of A-mur Cork-tree (Phellodendron amurense Rupr.) seedings, were systemic analyzed in greenhouse pots.1. By use of the natural Amur Cork-tree roots vaccination clover seeds, then isolated the AMF spores from harvested soil. By microscope, find the high affinity AMF types of Amur Cork-tree under the natural ecological conditions. They were 11 species, Glomus aggregatum, Glomus rubiforme, Glomus mosseae, Glomus etunicatum, Glomus diaphanum, Glomus versiforme, Glomus intraradices, Acaulospora scrobiculata, Acaulospora laevis, Acaulospora mellea, Acaulospora scrobiculata.2. Seven species in 11 species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, were inoculated Amur Corktree seedings. The result showed that they all infected seedings and formed the arbuscular mycorrhiza which obviously promoted the plant height, diameter and root/shoot ratio of Amur Cork-tree seedings, and Gd, Gm, Am effects of the vaccination were the most significant. In root biomass allocation to organs of Amur Cork-tree, the AMF inoculated seedlings were higher than CK.Again using the 7 kinds of AMF combinations to take the mixed AMF, this experiment altogether used 19 types of airplanes, they were Gv-Am, Gv-Gd, Ge-Am, Ge-Gd, Al-Am, Al-Gd, Al-Gv, Al-Ge, Gi-Am, Gi-Gd, Gi-Gv, Gi-Ge, Gi-Al, Gm-Am, Gm-Gd, Gm-Gv, Gm-Ge, Gm-Al and Gm-Gi. The experimental results showed Gi-Ge vaccination seedings was the most notable in plant height and diameter, the rest of the group were no less than CK in addition to GmGe. And Gi-Ge vaccination seedings also had the largest biomass, significantly higher than CK, stem biomass, leaf biomass and the smallest of plant biomass, compared that Gi-Ge vaccination seedings' stem biomass, leaf biomass and the whole plant biomass were significantly less than CK. In root biomass allocation to organs of Amur Cork-tree seedings, Gm-Ge vaccination seedings was higher than CK.3. The berberine content of Single inoculation Amur Cork-tree seedlings was higher than non-mycorrhizal seedlings, and which was enhanced by Gin, Gd, Ge. The rest of the group were significantly higher than CK, too. The jatrorrhizine content of arbuscular mycorrhizal seedlings was higher than non-mycorrhizal seedlings, with highest jatrorrhizine content of Gm vaccination seedings in root and Gd vaccination seedings in stem xylem. To palmatinc content, Gv vaccination seedings' was significantly higher than CK, whether in the root or stem xylem. Mixed inoculation treatment, in general, the mixed AMF vaccination is conducive to the accumulation of alkaloids. Gi-Am vaccination seedings was higher than the others in root berberine content, and Al-Am vaccination seedings was highest in stem xylem. To root alkaloid content, Gm-Gd vaccination seedings was highest in jatrorrhizine, and Al-Gv was highest in palmatine. The palmatine content of Al-Am, Gi-Am and Gm-Gi vaccination seedings were also very high.
