This study includes multiple experiments to compare the differences of metabolizable energy(ME) and cude pretein between commercial dehulled soybean mael(DSBM) and high value soybean meal(HVS) in broiler.Experiment 1 Metabolizable energy and protein digestibility evaluation of HVS in broiler by traditional trail methodThis trail was a traditional trail, that was to study the effect of HVS on metabolizable energy and protein digestibility in broilers. A total of 30 AA broilers were randomly allotted into 3 dietary treatments with 5 replications of 2 broilers. Traditional trail included 3 dietarytreatments: control (DSBM), HVS (80% basic dietary + 20%HVS) and DSBM (80% basic dietary + 20%DSBM). The results showed that: the total energy of HVS and DSBM is 16.18 MJ/kg and 16.34 MJ/kg, that was similar of them; In 2 weeks broilers and 5 weeks broilers, HVS of the apparent ME and true ME were higher than DSBM, the value of those were 0.38 MJ/kg and 0.51 MJ/kg,0.48 MJ/kg and 0.68 MJ/kg. And the value of apparent ME availability and true ME availability of HVS was more than 2.35% and 3.15%,2.53% and 3.78% than DSBM's, but there was no significantly difference (P>0.05). And the apparent crude protein availability and true crude protein availability of HVS were higher than DSBM, that were 47.64% and 42.45%,51.02% and 43.89,41.37% and 47.38%,42.84% and 50.79%,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). We could conclude that the ME, energy availability and crude protein availability of HVS were higher than DSBM based above dates.Experiment 2 Evaluation of metabolizable energy of high value soybean meal by animal experimentTo evaluate the metabolizable energy of high value soybean meal by comparative production and carcass performance of broilers in the plant conditions a feeding experiment was conducted. 480 seven old-days broilers were randomly divided into four treatments with 10 replications of 12 birds fed with four rations which were made up of soybean-meal(A) and high value soybean-meal(B,C,D).Treatment A was control, the figures of the poultry metabolizable energy of high value soybean meal in three treatment rations(B,C,D) were 2.35Mcal/kg,2.55Mcal/kg and 2.75Mcal/kg which were supposed separately. Results showed that the observed feed intake, daily weight gain and feed efficiency were regressed with the dietary treatments. The results indicated that PME in HVS was 1.35MJ/kg higher than that in DSBM, or PME in HVS wad 11.22 MJ/kg.
