Studies On Applications Of Microbial Manure In Turf

As soft landscape background of Urban green space,lawns do an unique effect in improvingthe city's ecological environment, beautify cities' appearance and practical functions.In recentyears, with the improvement of people's living, our lawn industry has witnessed rapiddevelopment, However, at the same time people create a large lawn in some area, ignored the theecological functions ofgreen lawns.The excessive use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide sprayingin Lawn maintenance management process exacerbated the deterioration of the urbanenvironment. Based on botany, plant physiology, plant ecology, fertilizer science, school lawn andplant nutrition knowledge, through microbial and biological fertilizers and liquid fertilizer appliedwith the role of turfgrass growth and physiology, turfgrass drought, Turfgrass appearance Changesin a more detailed study. Aims to explore the green and ecological microbial fertilizer on the lawnof the application, microbial manure for the lawn maintenance and management of laying a goodfoundation.In this paper, the following four aspects were studied:①Effect of microbial manure onturfgrass growth physiological;②Effect of microbial manure on turfgrass droμght resistance;③Effects of microbial manure on turfgrass quality:④Effect of solid manure and liquid manureapplication.1. In the greenhouse study, the microbial manure suiTab.le is the amount of 40～50g/m~2.Through out the trial period, microbial manure keep good effects.2. In thegreen house, applying different amounts of microbial manure for the turfgrass andthen gave water stress, chlorophyll content, Leaf relative water content, proline content, MDA,POD, the determination of the activity of SOD, Analysis of microbial manure to turf the impact ofdrought.The results showed that microbial manure improve drought resistance of theturfgrass. Water stress early, turfgrass of application 50g/m~2, drought resistance is the best, thelate,application of the 60g/m~2 turfgrass drought resistance outstanding.3. In district experimental conditions, located six manuregradient study microbial manure'seffect to appearance quality of turfgrass.The results showed that the microbial fertilizer can beeffectively improve the appearance quality of turfgrass.District study results andgreenhouse plantsunder the conditions have slightly different, this maybe determine caused by the difference ofenvironmental conditions. 4. In the field, solid microbial manure and biological liquid manure facilities significantinfluence to turfgrass.The results showed that spraying manure 7ml/m~2 had the best effect.Testresults show that spraying manure 7ml/m~2 have the best effect.Moreover, the worst growth oflawngrass, spraying manure have the best effects.
