This thesis systematically studied supplement different number of days glutamine (Gin) topick the appetite different early time to be weaned piglets' growth performance, the immunefunction, the intestinal tract enzyme activity, the small intestinal mucous structure regulativefunction; Feed restriction to early weaning piglet's DAM; Feed restriction and supplementdifferent number of days Gln as well as two factor correlation is weaned the stress influence topiglet, these are the early weaning piglet anti-stress regulation to provide the technical basis.These are three parts in this study:Part1.Studied on improving stress of ad libitum feeding early weaning piglet by suppling Gln indifferent days piglet. Selecting 36 early weaning piglet born in 21 days, they were divided intofour treatment groups, each group was 3 repetitions, each repetition had three piglets, Gln wassupplemented for 0,3,5,8 days, separately, after piglets were weaned 10 days, choosing one pigletfrom each repetition to kill.The effects of the newborn pig growth performance, the immunefunction, the intestinal tract enzyme activity and the s small intestinal mucous structure influencewere studied by adding Gln.The result indicated that supplemented Gln above 5 days maysignificantly to increase per-day weight and the feed efficiency of early weaning piglet (p<0.05);Supplemented Gln more than 3 days can significantly enhance weaned piglet serum immuneglobulin level (p<0.05); Supplemented Gln may significantly enhance enzyme activity of weanedpiglet abdominal salivary gland and the intestinal tract (p<0.05), especially trypsin activity;Supplemented 5~8 days Gln may improve duodenum, the jejunum and the ileum mucousmembrane atrophy of weaned piglets.Part2. Studied on improving stress of feed restriction early weaned piglet by suppling Gln indifferent days piglet. Selecting 36 early weaning piglet born in 21 days, they were divided intofour treatment groups, each group was 3 repetitions, each repetition had three piglets, Gln wassupplemented for 0,3,5,8 days, separately, after piglets were weaned 10 days, choosing one pigletfrom each repetition to kill. All early weaned piglets feed animal feeds is 80%comparing to adlibitum feeding.The effects of Gln addition different days on performance trait, immune function,intestinal enzyme activity and mucous membrane structure of small intestine of pigletswere studied.The results showed that feed restriction had negative effect to weaning stress evensupplying Gin,and the ad libitum feeding was the best modality. While feed wasrestricted,supplying Gln for more than 5days could increase per day weight and animal feedefficiency of weaned piglet(P>0.05),especially significant increase serum immune globulin(p<0.05).Addition Gln coule increase enzyme activity of pancreatic gland and intestinaltract(p<0.05).While feed was restricted,intestinal tract mucosa atrophy of piglet became moreserious and supplement Gln for more than 5 days could significant improve intestinal tractmucosa atrophy of piglet(p<0.05).Part3 studied the effective degree of days of supplement Gln and two kinds of feedmodality on improving the weaned piglet stress.This experiment adopted 4×2 factors randomizedblock design.One of the factors was days addition Gln,which was divided into four treatmentlevel.Another factor was feed modality, which was divided into ad libitum feeding and feedrestriction.72 weaned pigletsbom 21days with similar body weight and weight of birth wereselected,and average body weight of them was 7.5±0.3kg.These piglets were divided randomlyinto eight treatment groups according to principle of similar body weight. Four groups adopted adlibitum feeding, and the other four groups adopted feed restriction.Both of treatment groups weresupplied Gln for 0,3,5 and 7 days,separately.These piglets were slaughtered at 10d afterweaning.The effect of two factors and its interaction on weaning stress of piglets.The resultsindicated that:the effect of two factors on performance of piglet was coincidence;days of additionGln played an important role to influence serum antibody levels,and interaction of two factors hadsignificant effect on serum antibody levels;feed modality was main factor to influence enzymeactivity of intestinal and pancreatic,and the secondary factor was days of addition Gln, and theeffect of interaction of two factors is lowest (p<0.05). There is significant effect of two factors onlever function of piglet.Gln could improve and promote immune system function,and there wassignificant effect of feed modality on weighting digestive organ.Days of addition Gln was mainfactor on organizational appearance structure of small intestine.There was interaction of twofactors on the small intestinal mucous structure.Feed modality played a more important role inileum tract structure and organizational appearance.On condition of improve early weaned piglets' appetite and add 1% Gln over 5 days thatwould improve early weaned piglets' growth performance, enhance the power of resistance, raisedigestive enzyme activity of intestinal tract and pancreas, repress mucous membrane atrophia ofearly weaned piglets' intestinal tract,and make the damage from stress of wean steady passthrough.
