A total 60 of crossbred piglets (1/4Large white×1/2Duroc×1/4Landrace), 28 daysof age, 8.5kg BW were divided into 6groups with10 replicates per treatment and onepiglet per replicate. The basal diet was fed with corn soybean meal, which was fed to the1st group as negative control; The 2nd groups was fed with basal diets addingpolysaccharides(PS) in 0.3% level as the positive control; The 3rd group and 4th groupwere fed with basal diets adding polysaccharides in 0.6% level, 0.9% level respectively. The 5th group was fed with basal diets adding rhizome atractylodis macrocephalae in0.6% level; the 6th group was fed with basal diets adding antibiotic.Study the effect ofthe Chinese medicine herb polysaccharide to diarrhea of weaned piglets. The resultindicates the effects of the Chinese medicine herb and antibiotic on growth performanceof weaned piglets are different. Determined growth performance, blood biochemistryindex, intestinal microorganism colony, intestinal volatile fatty acid, intestinalorganization shape. Analyzed and studied deeply the immunological effect ofpolysaccharides with different dosage of weaned piglets, were determined. The resultswere as follows:1. The effect of the Chinese medicine herb additive on growth performance, blood biochemistry index, the rate of diarrhea and immunity organ index. The difference of initial weight between random two group isn'tobvious(P>0.05).But the difference of increased weight per day is obvious inexperimental period(P<0.05),the difference in experiment group and antibiotic groupisn't obvious(P>0.05),but the difference between the negative control group and othergroup is obvious(P<0.05). The difference of the ratio of forage and meat among allgroups isn't remarkable (P>0.05), but the ratio of forage and meat of 0.9%polysaccharides group is lowest. The difference of the rate of diarrhea in experimentgroups is remarkable, the rate of diarrhea of the negative control group is highest. Thedifference of immunity organ index and jaw node index among all groups is remarkable (P<0.05), the index of the Chinese medicine herb polysaccharides group is higher thanother groups, the index of 0.6% polysaccharides is highest. Regarding inguen node, liver, spleen, kidney and pancreatic gland, the difference of immunity index isn'tremarkable(P>0.05). Regarding blood biochemistry index, the difference of content ofalbumin is remarkable(P<0.05), the content of albumin in 0.9% polysaccharides group islargest. Compared with negative control group and 0.6% polysaccharides group, 0.9%polysaccharides group exist obvious difference. The difference of blood biochemistryindex (cholesterol, amylase, alkalinity phosphatase, urea nitrogen, blood sugar and totalprotein et. al.) isn't remarkable among all groups(P>0.05).2. The effect of polysaccharides on microbial communities of weaned pigletsDietary adding 0.3% level PS reduced the sum of colibacillosis in ileumsignificantly (P<0.05 ); Dietary adding 0.3% level PS and Dietary adding antibiotic canreduce the sum of colibacillosis in colon significantly (P<0.05); Dietary adding PS andantibiotic reduced the sum of colibacillosis in caecum significantly (P<0.05). Dietaryadding PS and the single Bai Shu is good at the LAB colon and caecum of the weanedpig, and the result is remarkble (P<0.05). The feed increasing Chinese medicinecompound polysaccharide is good at the LAB of intestine of the weaned pig, and theresult is remarkble (P<0.05). but increasing the single Bai Shu is not remarkble(P>0.05) good to the LAB of intestine of the weaned pig. At the same time, the antibioticis remarkable(P<0.05) in the colon and in the caecum to the lactic acid fungus colonyinfluence, while it is not remarkable in the ileum(P>0.05).The category of microorganism in ileum is fewer, Lactobacillus amylovorus andcolibacillosis can be seen clearly, the banding of other microorganism is few; Thebandings in colon and caecum are much, that indicate the quantity of microorganism ismuch, Bacillus subtilis bandings are clear in 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% compoundpolysaccharide group, single polysaccharide group and antibiotic group in caecum. Thebandings are clear in the former four groups. Clostridium lituseburense is found in 0.6%and 0.9% compound polysaccharide group in colon.3. The effect of polysaccharide on intestinal organization shape of weaned pigletsDietary adding 0.6% polysaccharide improved the height of duodenum downnotableiy(P<0.05). 14.36% and 8.43% were increased separately contrasting to thenegative control and the antibiotic group, the ratio of the height of small intestines downand the depth of recess in the 0.3% polysaccharides groups was also increasedremarkablely, 11.99% and 11.4% were increased separately contrasting to the negativecontrol and the antibiotic group. The index difference of other parts is not improvedremarkablely.4.The effect of polysaccharide on intestinal volatile fatty acid of weaned pigletsThe content of acetate, propionic acid, butyric acid and isobutyric acid in othergroup is higher than that of negative control and the antibiotic group(P<0.05) in caecum;but in colon, remarkable difference of the content of isobutyric acid exist(P<0.05),Remarkable difference about the content of acetate, propionic acid, butyric acid doesn'texsit(P>0.05), but the content in experimen group is highest. In summary, dietary adding the Chinese medicine herb polysaccharide has differenteffects on growth performance and the rate of diarrhea of weaned piglets, this paperanalyze the reason and elaborates the mechanism of the Chinese medicine herbpolysaccharide affecting diarrhea. The result show adding certain dosage polysaccharidecan improves growth performance, reduce the rate of diarrhea, enhances the density ofserum albumin and total protein, increases the lenghth of intestine down, andimprovegastro-intestinal microorganism bacteria colony, increases beneficial bacteriacolony quantity, enhances the content of volatile fatty acid, Thus, the rate of diarrheaisreduced.
