The tobacco virus disease was the top main disease in Hunan province. Which caused yieldreduction and the quality descend in annually tobacco. The research on caused tobacco virus tohave an attack rare virus category, virus the medicine of the disease prevention and cure with itof the relation between occurrence and aphid, become an important topic. This text draws up tocarry on an initial research to the tobacco virus disease from above 3.Collecting tobacco virus sample from main tobacco area in Hunan, Tested by ELISA inlaboratory. Sampled from 5 regions(city) in Hunan province, 12 counties(city) tobacco area in2005. We discovered that the symptom performance in the field includes 8 kinds of types. Weidentified 285 samples by the methods of ELISA. Make sure that there are CMV, TMV, PVY,PVX, TEV and TRSV on tobacco of Hunan. TMV is the main virus and share 44.91%. The sortsof the compound invading typies including TMV+CMV, PVY+PVX, PVY+PVX+TMV,TEV+TMV+CMV, TEV+TMV, TRSV+TMV+CMV. Among them TMV is the most andaccounting for 42.81%. TEV, TRSV only occurred in only a handful of tobacco area.We tested 571 samples by ELISA in 2006. The results showed that the sorts of the tobaccovirus included CMV, TMV, PVY, TEV. The sorts of the compound invading typies includingTMV+CMV, PVY+TMV, PVY+CMV, PVY+TMV+CMV, TEV+PVY, TEV+TMV+Y,TRSV+TEV+TMV+PVY. Among them CMV is the most and accounting for 55.69%. In the 11invading types, CMV alone invading and TMV+CMV compound invading frequencies weremost, respective had 24.87%, 39.23%. We did not detected PVX in 2006.The result of the anti-TMV substances controlling effecting showed that only XD02 hadcertain directly passivation effect, which had 63.67% controlling effect. The XD01 had the bestpassivation effect to the virus carried on the scissors, and had 63.67% controlling effect. TheXD02 had the best passivation effect to the virus carried on the seed plate, the twice investigatedresult was 85.08%, 84.53%.In 2005, we took the virus medicament effect experiment at Longshan, Ningyuan counties.The Dongwang EC 900 times liquids, 0.5% the Jintuling 600 times liquids, Bingduqing WP 500times liquids and Yiduxing WP 500 times liquids had better controlling effect.In 2006, we took the virus medicament effect experiment at Huayuan and Jianghua counties. Only Bingduqing WP had 52.67% controlling effect at two places.Research results shown that the incidence of tobacco virus diseases spread by aphis washighly correlated with the average temperature in February~April and the amount of aphis inthe period of the first migation period of alate aphis.
